My wife gets jealous when I tell my pillow “I love you” though.

The staff who respond to emails are prompt and clarify information after repeated questioning but the product is not trustworthy such as the mattress protector. It is unreliable and overpriced. The company will send you a new one, if you repeatedly ask for compensation, without further options, and the same product provides the same result- an unprotected, destroyed mattress.

If I was only rating my communication with Katherine, she would get 5 stars. Since this rating is regarding my overall experience I am only able to give it 2 stars. As customer I should not know how understaffed your company is (or was) and I also should not know that customer service reps do not have time to check their e-mails. When I asked why I had not heard from anyone for a week I was given these two reasons by the initial rep I dealt with. She obviously was not as well equipped to deal with my time sensitive situation like Katherine. The end result of getting a new mattress was very frustrating and time consuming for me. "Excellent customer service!!!"

I reached out to Bedgear customer service after having an issue with my order. I asked to talk to a manager because I was very frustrated and was told one would call me back once out of meetings. The end of the business day rolled around and I assumed “yup, no call back... typical customer service run around.” But wow was I wrong. Mildred took the time to call me, even though it was after business hours. She apologized for the issue, and without rushing me through the call, she found a solution for my issue that was very fair.

I was incredibly impressed with the attention Mildred and Rene paid to my issue... they made sure to follow up with shipping tracking numbers and always replied to my emails. They have truly gone above and beyond for me and I’m very appreciative of that. In my opinion Bedgear’s excellent customer service staff is what will separate Bedgear from other companies with competing products. Great work guys and thanks again! You have my future business!

"Best pillow for stomach sleepers!"

I purchased this pillow two months ago. As stomach sleepers, both my husband and I have had a difficult time finding the right pillow. I saw the Bedgear pillow while shopping at a local appliance store and was intrigued that it was made specifically for stomach sleepers. After trying it for one night, I immediately returned to the store and bought one for my husband! We both wake each morning refreshed without sore necks. The material compresses low enough but still offers support. These pillows are way better than down pillows; no re-fluffing required and they hold their shape all night!

One warning: after compressing, the pillows tend to stick out of our standard-sized pillowcases. It might be best to use King pillowcases for this type of pillow.
