Got a major run-around trying to get a warranty replacement for a pillow that was less than 6 months old (it was supposed to have a 1 year "performance warranty"). Tried phoning them and was told very rudely that all warranty issues had to be done via online form. Filled out form, which is from a third party website three times before I got an email response (almost a week later). They told me that they wouldn't deal with it and I had to take it back to the store where I purchased it. When I took it back to the store they told me that since the pillow showed a TINY sign of "moisture damage" (it's a pillow and I guess I drooled through the pillow cover once) that the company would outright refuse warranty replacement. They also told me that the company used a black light on any warranty returns and if they showed any sign of "damage" that they refused the replacement.
This company is one of those ones that takes the money and runs ... if you have a problem you'll get the answer that I got in email, literally had the text "This is not our problem to deal with, take it back to the store."

Not only did my mattress cover fail but it also voided my warranty on my brand new mattress Horrible coustermer service!!!!!! Have been fighting with them for almost a year !

Purchased a performance blanket from bed gear. It showed up not as described, very sleeping bag material which is less than ideal for your bedroom and leaking Fill. it took days and many calls emails and Facebook messenger messages to finally get a shipping label sent to me. I returned the blanket and a week after UPS showed you receive the item returned I still am unable to get a refund call back email back or a message back from bad year as well as they have ignored every single PayPal message I have sent to them I filed a report with the Better Business Bureau and will fight my credit card company for the charge of this item. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced

"Will Not Honor Mattress Protection Warranty for Online Mattress Purchases"
I had a Loom and Leaf delivered yesterday and wanted to wait to get the protector before using the mattress. Bought the Dri-Tec 5.0 mattress protector but found out before we even got it home that the mattress protection warranty is worthless since we bought it separately. In other words, there is no protection warranty if you have a better, less-expensive mattress that you bought online - or even in another store. Find a cheap cover instead and you will save money. To my knowledge, all Bedgear protection products are this way.

"HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE"
I wish I could give this HORIBLE company zero stars! Their products are literally over priced garbage. And please don't let their "warranty" get you like they did me. They have so many loop holes to get themselves out of being responsible for ANYTHING. ALL of my bed gear products such as pillows (which are not very comfortable for the extensive price tag..) I bought bed gear mattress and pillow protectors and every single protector was defective. This caused my new mattress warranty to be voided because I have a pea sized stain on my bed from the DEFECTIVE "protector" BEDGEAR refused to cover my stain because I don't know what the stain is.... IT IS A PEA SIZED STAIN. I've never spilled anything on my bed to where I had to take my protector off so I know for a fact the protector was never removed. Also my bed gear pillow is ruined because the pillow protector didn't do it's job. When I spoke to manager about this she said we can have a company come out and clean your mattress but if new stains occur/worsen we are not responsible. OF COURSE THEY ARENT RESPONSIBLE. loop holes people. Loop holes. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY THESE PRODUCTS WILL NOT PROTECT YOUR EXPENSIVE INVESTMENTS.

"Horrible Company with horrendous customer service and no ethics"
*BUYER BEWARE* lousy product & customer service
I purchased the lightning 2.0 pillow along with a bunch of other products but didn't know I had spent $200 on a standard size pillow that doesn't fit any of their other products. First off to shave 4" off a $200 pillow is pathetic, then when I spoke with customer service about how the pillow protector and pillow cases were sliding, twisting and bunching at night cause there's 4" of fabric that isn't filled and it was causing me some discomfort, she told me she would look into it and would call me back. I never received a call like I was told I would, I've attempted to contact again and zero response, I guess now that they have my money they don't care to follow up or follow through with a concern of a customer that spent over $700 before tax on their products. Im really unhappy with the product itself, doesn't help at all, such a waste of money, sure you can buy into their gimmicks but there's a chance you'll be disappointed and they won't help you at all, buyer beware, I've tired other pillows etc since buying theirs and found better ones at half the price or less, this company sells over priced garbage. I'm not slandering, I'm trying to give ample warning, i base decisions off reviews so I'm trying to be helpful and not vengeful. I got ripped off, I hope that doesn't happen to you.

"Terrible product"
I bought a back sleeper back in October 2015 when I purchased a new mattress from Sleepys. The demo was so comfortable. When I got my bedgear pillow it was super comfy for a few days then it started getting lumpy within a month. No matter what I did to rid the lumpy Ness nothing worked. I contacted bedgear and they offered to send me a replacement. Within a month, the new pillow once again became lumpy. This is such a terrible pillow I never slept worse in my life. The lumpy essential kills me and offers no support to my head. This product was very disappointing especially considering a cheap feather pillow is much more comfy than this back sleeper

"Good Products, Bad Customer Service"
The pillows themselves are very good, but when trying to reach a representative about an exchange or a refund it took me three weeks to have someone finally get back to me. Disappointed in the customer service.
