"Absolute garbage"

Absolute garbage. My daughters mattress was ruined within the first month of use. I washed the mattress protector and then tested again with a small amount of water, and it went right through! They deni d my warranty, because I had begun a claim. I decided not to go through with the claim as I would have to give up the 9 years and 11 months I had left on the warranty. Over $100 wasted on a mattress protector that had less protection than a bedsheet.

I recieved a mattress protector with my new mattress from Room To Go. The protector did not protect my mattress from stains. I will not recommend their products and they do NOT stand behind their products.

"Bedgears stretchwick is basically a plastic tablecloth"

Bedgears Stretchwick mattress protector is comparable to a single use plastic tablecloth. It’s also extremely noisy.

"Stinky and slippery"

Bought a $250 ver tech king mattress protector because we were told if we didn’t, our mattress warranty would be void. What a scam! Sheets slide everywhere, it crinkles when you move AND it has such a bad chemical smell after 2 months it wakes us up and our bedclothes stink of it. Bedgear says to buy their sheets and wash it. Really… buy your sheets when I don’t like this product? If you go on their website, this has a ton of 5 star reviews. Mainly because people need to review it for the warranty. Almost every review says they haven’t used it yet! Very, very unhappy with this product and the companies response.

I absolutely love my Ver-tex sheets and Flow Cuddle Curve pillow! The sheets are so soft and smooth, breathe well, and stay cool throughout the night. This is my first time trying out a pillow with a C curve, and I am surpised at what a difference it makes in comfort. I highly recommend both products.

"They do not back their product"

They do not back their product. Their product failed. Ruined a brand new mattress and they won't take care of it. Every excuse under the sun to not fix it. They are now offering a cleaning IF there is a technician in the area. Otherwise, offer is voided. This is all because I couldn't tell them exact date my parent wet the bed because he's in assisted living.

"Expensive Returns & Lack of pillow support."

This review pertains to the Aspen 3.0 & Gamma 2.0 pillows from Bedgear.
1. Inadequate support for us. We're side sleepers. The mentioned pillows were suggested by the Bedgear Pillow Quiz.
2. Initial sleep period began with comfort but fell flat 3 hours into sleep pattern. Awakened by discomfort and need to reposition pillow several times during night.
3. The return policy works, however be aware it's quite expensive to return pillows. We choose UPS Ground and it was $53.00 from Ohio. Most of the expense was due to "commercial delivery address" fees.
My suggestion: Skip the quiz and try out a pillow at local dealer.

"The customer service is excellent"

The customer service is excellent. The quality of the products are very good. I find the sheets and pillow covers very comfortable. They have also included little helpful tags to find the head/foot of the fitted sheets which is a nice bonus. I would definitely recommend and repurchase these bedding items again. Thank you for a comfortable sleep.

"Terrible Company, Horrible Service"

They state that they have a Customer Satisfaction guarantee, but it’s a Scam. I paid a large amount of money for sheets and a mattress protector. The protector was stained, and the sheets did not live up to the quality they stated. When I contacted them for a return they stated that all sales are final on opened products, and that the 100 days was only for unopened. Absurd how would you know the quality of a product without opening it? A terrible company with horrible customer service.

Im soooooo upset after reading these reviews. I purchased two pillows 1.0 - 2.0 they are the worst pillows ever made. They slide away when sleeping, severe neck pains. My sales person sold me on two of them one for in between my legs and one for my head do not buy these. Ive had 6 spine surgeries get zero sleep with these pillows. Why cant these big corparation do better with the warranty. You charge use so much for them that we should have some sort of guaranty that we will like these pillows. NOPE instead they are sold to us and you have our money. PLEASE DO SOMETHING TO HONORE THESE TERRIBLE PILLOWS. CLEARLY YOU DON'T CARE THAT YOU HAVE PROBABLY THE WORSE RATING ON THE INTERNET. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THE BRICK
