"Shocking"

It really is shocking for what you pay vs what you get. I bought the Glacier 3.0 which is supposed to be for big people who are side sleepers. Well I am both of those things and it was like sleeping on a pancake. It feels very nice when you first touch it but after one night's sleep it shrank down to nothing. Save your money and stay away from this pillow!

Don’t ever buy any bed gear - my grandmothers 30 year old cover is better! They sell u this high priced cover and it doesn’t protect anything and they don’t cover anything on warranty’s. Happy selling guys 💋

This company does not value their customer’s satisfaction. Spending $500 and $150 PER pillow, you would think they would help their customers out when having issues with their products. (Pillows were hurting both me and my husbands necks). Very upset with my decision to try their pillows, now they will sit in my closet, $500 down the drain and A PAINFUL NECK. If you value your customers there is always SOMETHING you can do. Even if it’s a small discount so I can justify making another purchase with you for a pillow that WILL suit me.

"I purchased a mattress and protector…"

I purchased a mattress and protector from Value City Furniture in Memphis, TN 4 years ago. My mattress which is still under warranty is defective and Value City Furniture sent out a technician to investigate 3/4/21. 2 weeks later 3/18 I get a call from the store to pick out a new mattress for $799 or less. I was transferred to a sales representative who then stated that since I had a mattress protector and there were stains, my warranty is void, and I need to contact the mattress protector manufacturer. Well, guess what, they are denying liability as well stating they won't approve a stain that is unknown! So now I am a consumer who did all the right things and stuck in between two organization that does not want to assume responsibility for the defective mattress. This is a terrible experience and I hope sharing this will inform others of the bad customer service and craftsmanship of their products and services!

"This place SUCKS!!"

This place SUCKS!!! Buyer BEWARE!!! I purchased two pillows and sheets. The sheets snag and pick, awful! The pillows came and were both so big my head was at 90 degree angle. Have been trying to return for over a month. they won't send labels and expect you to pay $34 for return shipping when they described the pillows wrong. I have sent photo of 6 month old pillow in comparison...huge difference. But they expect me to pay for shipping to warranty office and them back to them. DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCT!!!

"Pillow NOT worth the price!"

I really wish that I would have researched this pillow before making an impulse purchase a few weeks ago. Was given the 'sales pitch' by a retail sales guy and it felt good in store for the 10 minutes I tried it while laying on a bed we were shopping for. It feels like a nice, well constructed pillow of quality, however, once you get it home, it's very stiff, heavy and too thick. CLearly the wrong pillow for my needs. And, once I contacted the manufacturer about possible remedies for possible exchange to something that might work better for me, I was immediately shut down. They passed the buck to the retail store and had no interest or empathy in helping me. Buyer beware! You can buy much better pillows in quantity for what I paid for this pillow that will likely be relegated to our guest room or our dog as a dog bed. Most expensive dog bed ever! LOL...hopefully he'll like it more than I did!

I am beyond impressed, and blown away, with the interviewing experience I had today on 1/28/21 for the Customer Support Specialist. The professionalism, and the educating me on the company's core values and expectations from one manager by the name of Terri, and the Human Capital Culture rep Tabitha were both pleasant in interviewing with and made me feel welcome and hopefully to have the opportunity in working with a company that values their product and providing white glove service to their customers.

You buy a pillow for over $100 to find out it’s defected. The retailer won’t take it back and when I called bed gear they asked me to ship it to them for inspection however I have to pay for shipping.
Thank you #bedgear. Horrible customer service, horrible process and way overrated.
I bought the pillow to get a good sleep but it turned in to a nightmare.
Thank you #bedgear for ripping off people.

Bought a new mattress and the dritec 5.0 matress protector I'm a heavy sweater and they assured me it would keep the mattress from staining and has not fully stopped my matress from staining I rang snooze to make a warranty claim and because of covid they couldn't do anything i sent pictures through they said the pictures wernt good enough I'm a dissatisfied at the fact that this product hasn't protected my matress fully and I've had to put up with it

By far the worst most uncomfortable pillow to sleep on for a side sleeper, the 2.0 is absolutely terrible! I don’t recommend it to anyone. I went to Snooze and I tried out all the pillows I decided to go with this bedgear 2.0, what a massive mistake that was.
I’m actually sleeping worse than ever before and I also have even more neck pains.
This pillow provides no support whilst sleeping and all the inside ends up in one area so basically while you sleep it’s doesn’t mould to your neck and provide comfort it gathers and bunches up in corners which means I’m all night fluffing it out to make it flat and even back out to make it a bit comfortable.
What an absolute waste of money.
I urge everyone not to buy bedgears pillows as it does nothing for side sleepers. $200 wasted on a terrible night sleep. Extremely disappointed
