"Terrible Pillow"

Purchased a Bedcare pillow with high expectations. The pillow is horrible, I wake up in strange twisted positions, sore back with headaches. The pillow offers zero support for your neck and is the worst pillow I have ever used.

"Bad company"

Very expensive mattress protector bought that doesn't protect the mattress. They will not back there warranty your much better off buying a cheap mattress cover or buying another brand. Horrible company.

"NO RETURN POLICY"

So sad to be writing this. I really wanted to invest in some good sleep and my husband runs really hot so i purchased the dri-tech sheet set. As someone who runs cold, I was hotter in these sheets than I've ever been. When i went to inquire about their 365 guarantee i was told there were no options for me and that they had no return or exchange policy for open items. I am not sure how we are supposed to find out if we like something without trying it. I understand the nature of the product, but at the same time, they are only concerned about sales than actually retaining customers. After experiencing this ive started finding a ton of bad reviews for this company and wished i had seen them sooner.

"Bed gear Ver Tex Mattress Slippery Sled for your Mattress"

I bought a king sized Bedgear Ver-Tex 6 Mattress protector for $225 and it is terrible. It is so slippery the sheets slide around on it and we wake up with the sheets off the corners of the bed. I notified the company and the retailer and neither did anything to help me. So now im letting the rest of you know they don't stand behind their product and I'm now out $225 and have to buy a new pad because I can not stand this one.

"Used the pillows for half a night"

Used the pillows for half a night, and my neck was incredibly sore. I used their survey which was supposed to match me with the correct pillow.

Just a head's up, you will need to pay for return shipping, even if the pillow *THEY* tell you to order doesn't work for you. They spin this as a positive "You can use any carrier you of your choice!"

After you submit a return request, you only have 5 days to return it "or we will close it". I contacted them 2 days after receiving the pillows, which turned their 30 day return policy into a 7 day policy!

I understand if I disregarded their recommendation, but you would think they would back their recommendation with a guarantee.

If you are ordering BedGear, I would recommend ordering your BedGear pillow from their Amazon store. I don't say that often, I like to support companies directly. But at least you will get free return shipping if THEIR recommendation doesn't work out.

"Horrible"

Horrible! I bought a mattress with a protector and the protector completely failed staining the mattress as well, warranty claim was denied so I’m stuck with a poor mattress and cover now. DO NOT BUY BEDGEAR!!!

"The company does not stand behind the…"

The company does not stand behind the warranty. I have a brand new king size mattress with a stain, due to product failure. I filed a claim that was denied, due to the company not getting the required information back from me in 5 days, which I did get back to them in that time frame. I have called the company numerous times, with promise of a call back, never got a call back from anyone.

"Bedgear pillows are junk"

My $200 Storm pillow I purchased broke down after only 7 months. Now Bedgear will not stand behind their warranty. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON A BEDGEAR PILLOW!!

"The Best pillow ever…"

I bought my Bedgear Dry Tech pillow about 4 years ago. I found 2 different types of the most popular memory foam pillows failed to be comfortable. This Dry Tech pillow is the most comfortable I've ever used and it will be the last brand I try. I am buying another one.
