"I bought a Performance pillow for almost $200. It was great at first for my neck with great support. But after 9 months, it is sagging badly with no more support. Very disappointed."

"Sheet set- Don’t waste your money"
Sheet set- Don’t waste your money, for the same price or less you can get much better quality sheets. We bought them from the Brick, they lasted less than a dozen washes before they were shredded! I’m not talking about a couple of rips or tears, I’m talking fully shredded! I tried to go through their warranty but said it only covers
“Seam separation, Not proper dimensions for the size, Snags or stains existing at the time of purchase, Defects as a result of the manufacturing process that are evident at the time of purchase” not bad or cheap material! How can they justify $150 a set and they disintegrate after a dozen washes in a few months, and how can the Brick back these meatballs? I think it’s Just another company playing the short game looking for a quick buck. Shameful.

“The extensive tears evidenced in the images provided do not fall into what we can consider to be manufacturing defect”

"Not worth the cost"
Not worth the cost. I bought their Dri-Tec sheet set when I purchased a new bed from a local store. The sheets are made of a very nice fabric, but that's where the quality ends. The assembly is terrible, with loose fibers down every seam. I emailed customer support with an issue. They did respond, but aren't willing to stand behind their products after they are sold. At such a high cost, I really expected much more. But something else. Buy anything else.

"Horrible product and service"
Purchased this protector to protect an expensive investment, my mattress. Only half way through the warranty period, the product developed small undetected linear cracking which allowed urine to soak through and into my mattress when one of my pets had an accident on my bed. I initiated my claim the night of the incident and was denied on a technicality- they obviously do not stand behind their own product. I now have a stained mattress and a voided warranty for that investment despite my very best efforts at cleaning it. I will not be using or trusting Bedgear products in the future and would recommend you do the same! Buyer beware!

"Bamboozled"
I got this pillow because I have lumbar arthritis and waa told it would help. WRONGO!! I wake up juat as stiff and sore as I did with pillows I didnt pay $200 for. I also have to fluff the pillow every night before I go to sleep....why is that?!
If I knew then what I know now I wouldve just spent that money on the “my pillow”

"Poor product, worst customer service, dont waste your money"
I bought the solar pillow from "The Brick". The store convinced me to buy a Solar 3.0 pillow and he said that was the side sleeper pillow. My chiropractor recommended a side sleeper pillow and that was the only reason I decided to invest in a good pillow. My first night's sleep was terrible. Woke up every twentyfive min and the next morning the neck was stiff and extremely painful. I called Bedgear and they said, I should have been fitted with a Solar 2.0 and not a 3.0 per my size and the store made a mistake. They asked me to go back to the store and exchange, but the store wouldn't let me exchange to the Solar 2.0 and asked me to contact bedgear. I was extremely disappointed when both bedgear and brick finger pointed each other. Infact bedgear said they would offer me a discount code to buy another pillow!?!?! when the first one was disappointing.
Finally I convinced Brick to exchange my pillow to a Solar 2.0 . Slept on it for 2 days, my neck is still hurting. The pillow is extremely firm and I literally have to push my head into the pillow to keep my spine aligned with my neck. I was hoping it would get better in 3 days. But no luck. I don't want to try it anymore. Its now an expensive waste. I am disappointed. If you on the verge on buying this pillow, keep in mind its only sold in Brick and they don't accept returns. The five min laying down on the store does not help asses the pillow. SAVE YOUR MONEY. Bedgear (infact I spoke to the team leader) was extremely unhelpful in solving my issue.
PS: I was trying to post this review on bedgear's website, but it wouldnt let me and the reason given was "profanity". hm, now you know whey there are only good glorifying reviews online on their website!

"Total rip off with no returns"
The products are simply not worth the money at all. Both my boyfriend and I got the bedgear pillows (mist and something else) and it's the biggest running joke about wasting money in the household a year later. They stay cool for maybe 10 minutes tops -- also known as at the most twice as long as any regular pillow -- are not particularly comfortable, and cost as much as some mattresses. Add to that a no returns policy, and you are stuck wasting insane amounts of money. I wish I'd donated it to some useful cause instead.

I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a better way to get a great nights sleep. The customer service team is first rate too! If you have any questions or need to get fitted for a pillow just give them a call.
