"Purchased 8 days ago from Mattress…"

Purchased 8 days ago from Mattress Warehouse. Slept the 1st night with constant tossing & turning. Was told it’s normal for this on new mattress. 2nd day the same but with morning aches. 3rd night same discomfort. Went to work as a cosmetologist about 3hrs into my shift my back locked completely up. Almost tearful. Have since slept on couch. Told I cannot exchange because Mattress Warehouse no longer sells the M1 in their stores. I’m out the money and a place to sleep. If you’re a stomach sleeper I absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND the M1. Agony will soon follow.

"Do not order anything from this company!"

Do not order anything from this company. I purchased an S5 mattress that was delayed delivery and then never showed up. Turns out UPS lost the package and BedGear did nothing to help. Terrible communication and customer service, even when I asked for a refund they said they would process it and 6 days later they had not began the process until I called for about the 5th time. This company does not know how to service customers, stay away.

"I love a company that stands behind its…"

I love a company that stands behind its product and that is exactly what Bedgear did! I have owned my mattress protector for two years and it developed issues with fit and washability. Contacted their customer service department, followed their instructions and had my cover replaced within a week. Awesome! Thank you!!

"I ordered 3 pillows for my father who…"

I ordered 3 pillows for my father who is going through Radiation for stage 4 prostate cancer and wanted to try to make him as comfortable as possible. I have had them less than a week, in original packaging still, it turns out he didn't like them. :( I got a return authorization from the company and went to return them (as they stated they just changed their policy where they don't cover shipping costs back to them).....and it is going to cost me over $100 to ship them!!! I checked UPS, FEDEX and USPS and that is their price. I have emailed and spoken to 2 different people and a manager at Bedgear. I told them I would pay their cost if they could help me out to return them (provide a label) as the Bedgear worker told me they would only cost about $30 to return them through them. They called me back and are doing absolutely NOTHING........NOTHING to help me out or accommodate me! Unbelievably horrible horrible company. I will NEVER buy and will tell EVERYONE I know to never support this company ever. Wow...what horrible people. Really?

For the amount of money send its not worth it. After a month my pillow case came unstitched and at 300.00 walmart pillow cases last for years.

"I am very unhappy with this company"

I am very unhappy with this company. I spend $150 for a dog bed. I bought two of them. One for my living room and one for my bedroom. The one my dog uses less the pillow covers threading came out and my dog loves to chew on it. I call customer support to inquire about purchasing a new pillow cover and they said that I would have to buy the whole bed brand new!

"It’s a scam !"

It’s a scam. Purchase a BG mattress protector as advised by Sleep Expert to protect my expensive mattress. Protector failed after urine soaked through . BG only allow 5 day grace period to contact them. I contacted the store but that doesn’t count .
I gave them a 2 star because they did send new protector.

"Bedgear pillow 2.0"

Bedgear pillow 2.0. Great for 20 minutes, after 2 hrs feels like its come out of an oven. Never had a pillow store so much heat. The gel pet-mat I bought for $20 is 100% better at keeping cool all night.

"I purchased two size 1.0 Performance…"

I purchased two size 1.0 Performance pillows at Brick. I cannot use them since they give me neck and back pain. I was hoping to exchange them for the size 0 through the Bedgear Customer Service Department. After an exchange of a few emails, the representative never got back to me. The pillows were not cheap. I was in good faith. I will not purchase anything from Bedgear in the future.

"My $150 Bedgear Aspire pillow burst at…"

My $150 Bedgear Aspire pillow burst at the seams after 3 years. I've had much less expensive pillows last for 20 years. Bedgear responded to my complaint by saying their pillows should be replaced every 12-18 months. No one told me this when I bought the pillow. Cheap product, terrible company. Don't buy.
