This store is awful they should be chasing up orders but don't.

I had a terrible experience with this C W Sellors online. I purchased the Garmin Watch Fenix 7S Pro Sapphire Solar Soft Gold for £600 and was assured it would be delivered the next day, as I needed it for an event on Sunday. However, the watch didn't arrive, and I spent the entire day waiting for a package that never came.

To make matters worse, I received an email on Monday informing me that the watch was out of stock for the next months or so, It's been over two weeks since then, and I am still waiting for a refund. When I called customer service, they were extremely rude and unhelpful. The management was no better and basically told me that my refund was "on its way," yet I am still £600 down near 3 weeks later!

I am incredibly disappointed with the misleading information, poor communication, and dreadful customer service. I will never shop here again and advise others to avoid this store at all costs.

Update still 12th Aug still no refund or Communication from these very poor service
