The ticket for the event was £6, yet I paid £10.50. Why. How do the management costs of the ticket increase the cost by 75%?

I booked tickets for grease the musical and after a very easy web site interface I still managed to book for the wrong time show
I sent a quick email to the eventim team explaining that I made a mistake and would like to have a refund on the tickets
They explained how to do this and with in a hour I recived the refund and managed to rebook the show again at the proper time
Thank you so much for the amazing aftersales service and helping to sort everything out so quickly for me and taking all the stress out of my mistake
It's great to know your company looks after people after the transaction as well

"Scammed by Eventim?!"

Eventim has a seriously poor customer service system. I purchased tickets for an event, i did not think the purchase went through and tried again.

I was charged twice and they refused to give me my money back for the duplicated charge. Stating that I could still use the seats, or resell them. They did not give a hoot about me or the claim, they refused to escalate and none of the agencies they recommend to you for dispute resolution cared either.

Most of the replies I got from eventim were copy pasted replies, that didn’t help me in slightest because they didn’t relate to my queries!

I am £150 out of pocket, for seats that I don’t have access too (seats that I already have tickets for) and the bank cannot help me. Eventim claim that I have additional seats to correspond to the payment, but refuse to provide seat numbers / info or tickets.

I will actively avoid all and any events that they have any relation too.

It amazes me the amount of additional charges are added on to these tickets at check out. The one that I had never seen before is a fee to download the tickets on to your phone. What a disgrace

"Dodgy agents"

Dodgy agents! Be very careful when ordering from this place. My daughter ordered some tickets and got tricked into a £15 monthly subscription for another company called “Complete Savings”. She didn’t realise our even get an email saying she’d subscribed and it didn’t show on the invoice. These people are not trustworthy.
