I bought tickets for a concert through "Eventim" and everything went great,

I had to open an incident because the mailing took longer than normal (12 days) and they helped me very fast and very effective.

I will definitely buy tickets here again.

PS: I give them 4 stars, because I think that the mailing of the tickets by post is a bit obsolete and a bit dangerous (because of its loss).

How can one company charge so many fees - I paid a booking fee, a processing fee, and then a delivery transaction charge for tickets I had to print myself. An extra £3.70 on top of a ticket that cost £17 - it's a wonder artists use and allow this company to run.
If I was you I would avoid them.

awful business, they make buying a ticket the most difficult task ever. everything is so long and convoluted and wrapped in mindless awful bureaucracy. DO NOT USE THEM!! even contacting them is a nightmare.

Booked two tickets (£28 each after additional costs) for a concert that was cancelled twice during the pandemic. It was a paper ticket and wasn't on their on line system, yet they maintain they emailed me to provide a 3rd rearranged date, which I didn't receive. Contacted them to be told that concert had already happened last year and now they refuse to give a refund or even a credit for anything. Awful service and as a consequence of their arrogant and unsympathetic attitude, I will NEVER use EVENTIM again and urge everyone to use many of the other ticket providers who are much better and charge cheaper fees. No company deserves to be in business during a recession if they dont look after their customers. And all for £56 Eventim? Well done. You've lost yourself a customer who books a least one set of tickets a month.

They charge a booking fee... ok fair enough... and then they charge a processing fee..hmm shouldn't that be part of the booking cost??.... and then on top of that 'delivery and transaction' fee for an e-ticket that isn't delivered to you in physical format.. Clearly using semantics to create needless additional fees. Ended up being charged £4.81 for a £14.50 ticket, which is a massive 33% the cost of the ticket.

"Booking fees ripoff for cancelled concert"

Eventim sold me a ticket for a concert at one of their own venues. Kept my money for 6 months. Then the concert is cancelled so they refund the face value of the ticket NOT their exhorbitant fees - on a £65 ticket they charged £11.75 in fees - 18%. Normally I just take booking fees on the chin as being part of the ticket price. Charging them and then keeping them for a cancelled concert is just daylight robbery.

I'm used to the ripoff bar prices (£1 for a plastic cup is ll for the environment - of course it is, no profit for Eventim) and the disgusting toilets at Hammersmith Odeon (sorry - "Eventim Apollo"), but I'll mention that here too whilst I'm at it.
