Buyers BEWARE! Applied for refund of my ticket. Was told that it was refunded to my bank account. I have not received a penny from them which has been confirmed by my bank after raising dispute.
I will take legal action now. They have done this to so many innocent people. I only wish I read the reviews earlier before purchasing my ticket from them.

I had an incredibly aweful and extremely exploitive experience with FlySharp, when I had to change the flight due being Covid positive.
They prey on and exploit the helpless travellers by massive charges and shamelessly taking advantage of unavoidable situations - worst customer service standards with completely misleading (blatantly lying) communication…
The airlines should review their agreements with this company as FlySharp is shifting the blame to the airline whilst pocketing unfair charges.
They say there is a cost (£100s) when Virgin confirms that there is zero charge to change the date due to Covid +ive - lying to say that the fare class is now higher for the new dates when the new date fare is actually cheaper than original booking cost (still available to book cheaper on their own website) but they want to make £100s of pounds per person for this change. The flight was one day away and they knew I had no choice then to pay them £100s for the change (which the airline confirm is free).
Unbelievable that they can operate like this in the UK… Airlines and the regulator need to investigate their malpractices

No one from FlySharp has called me to address this issue and miscommunicating again on this thread reply-
As the new travel dates are not actually costing any extra (but I’m being charged by them), even if I make a new booking (the cheaper prices are visible on their own website) but they refuse to acknowledge it and exploiting the situation.

The return leg of my trip (to UK) was cancelled whilst I was in Brazil, and a replacement flight was not offered, and I was thus entitled to have a partial refund (this was in 2020)
However, as much as I tried to get a partial refund from the company I was not able to do so. After a while they just stopped replying my emails

I would give less than 1.. originally last year spoke with someone who was amazing..
Roll on today and nothing but stress and horrendous service. Booked a flight to koh samui via Phuket, but Thai government have now suspended international travel to koh samui via Phuket. It must be via BKK on a special flight. Trying to arrange my options and the only option I'm given is to change to a flight voucher open ticket and use by April of this yr ( chances are slim I will use by then as I cannot get be away except for booked time off in Jan/February) or cancel your flight at a cost of £60 per person! This is outrageous. The flight is useless as the Thai government have placed new restrictions in place meaning my flight is not able to get me to the destination booked. I should not be out of pocket for something out of my control and the fact I have already clarified with the airline that they are issuing travel companies with full refunds.

Flysharp kindly negotiated with the airline after the airline refused to change dates on grounds of no show even though it was due to passenger getting a positive test for covid hence unable to travel anyway!
With the current travel restrictions not many travel agents provide such good customer service and support so well done and keep it up!
Highly recommended.

NEVER EVER USE THESE GUYS UNLESS YOU WANT TO LOSE YOUR MONEY. MY FLIGHT WAS CANCELLED THEY HAVE NOT REFUNDED ME A PENNY. ALL THERE STAFF ARE RUDE AND MOCKING ME. THEY FOB YOU OFF TELL YOU NO MANAGER IS THERE. THEY ARE THIEVES WITH THE WORST STAFF IN HISTORY AVOID AT ALL COSTS OR YOU WILL BE BITTERLY DISSAPOINTED. AS FOR YOUR REPLY THAT IS FALSE AND A LIE.

"I will never use this company"
I will never use this company, from the beginning to the end nightmare service, rude customer services people and try to con you and over charge on every occasions. I will only be booking flights directly from the airlines from now on! we got redirected from the website and didn't even know that we are using Flysharp until changes in the flight happen and then we need it to speak to someone only to find out who we dealing with, refund took 6 weeks but it was hard work to get it.

If I could give zero stars I would. Booked flight which was then cancelled by BA, told by FS that they could not refund but only issue a credit note, which I made the mistake of accepting. Later when trying to book through FS was told by them that I could only book a BA flight that was sold through FS. Eventually found a flight route to make a booking, then told by FS the booking could only be made for the original bookings route. I complained and have now been told that I can book any flight with BA that commences at the same airport as the original booking. Still not something I want to do. Disturbingly BA have no record of my booking reference number or E Ticket number as issued to me by FS. And so the sorry episode continues ... their customer service is appalling. PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM FOR ANYTHING.
Their reply implies that I have not given them an invoice number. This is not the case. I have now spoken to 5 agents and on each occasion I have given them the invoice number which is 4434764. Each contact I have with this company frustrates me more and more, I find it hard to believe that British Airways would have such a poor partner.

"Very poor service"
Very poor service. They appear to have sold flights that are unserviceable and are now insisting that our flights have been cancelled and that we must change our flight dates to dates that are weeks away. A quick call to the airline revealed there were tickets available just one day away, yet Flysharp were insisting we had to change our travel dates by over a week. They are also incredibly vague in their emails. Every interaction with this company has left me with a feeling of distrust.
