"Avoid this company at all cost, SCAM"
I have requested a refund back in March 2021, and they said the refund would take 4-6 weeks as they would need to make a request from the airline.
Waited until 13/05/2021, still no refund and promise to refund within 10 working days.
Still, no refund. Sent another email on the 24/05/2021
their excuse was "Please be informed that the refund has already been processed from our end. We would request you to kindly wait for a few days and check your bank transactions"
Still no refund, I've sent another email on the 10/06/2021, and their excuse becomes more interesting - "We tried crediting the refund to the same mode of payment but the transaction was rejected by your bank. Kindly let us know is the same card is in use so that we may try processing the refund to the same card again. Alternatively, we can either post a cheque for the refundable amount or transfer it to your bank account, details of which are required", their excuse that the refund transaction was rejected by the credit card is completely false because I spoke to the bank.
So, I went ahead and sent them my debit card details to see what excuse they would come up with. They agreed to process the refund within 5-8 working days.
As you guest - STILL NO REFUND UNTIL NOW
For all those in my position, please take your complaint to IATA.org (their regulating body) and phone your bank to open a transaction dispute, because they will delay you to buy time and in hope that you will forget your refund.
And if you have booked your ticket through SKYSCANNER as I did, then take your complaint to them as well, to make them aware of this company's practice.
Finally, just let you know that they also operate under a different company names, but their registered company name is PH TRAVEL LTD

"Flysharp poor service and refund issues."
I am currently trying to get a refund for flights initiated with them on 20/4/21 after debacle with Qatar Airways. Initial resoponses were very reassuring and positive however contacted today and feel like being fobbed off with excuses and now some 9weeks after initial refund initiated with them told someone called me 4/5 weeks ago and I didn't respond but no text, e-mail or voicemail advising they needed further info and just left with no other follow up.
Advising I need an open ticket number so contacted Qatar Airways who advised that the travel agent will have all the details they require re. payment and they cannot do anything (also extremely poor service).
I am so frustrated and feel like being fobbed off and not helped at all.
Would not receommend and extremely disappointed and stressed.

I have recently written a review on this site after terrible customer service and waiting over a year for a refund . After FlySharp read my review they finally answered me promising a refund within 5 weeks. 5 weeks has come and go. No refund and Monika won’t even reply to my emails. Disgusting service I feel I will have to take legal action to recover my money

Refund the Whole Amount
My flight to karachi was cancelled by Gulf Air. I contacted fly sharp in regards to this. Rahul was a great help as he make sure that the refund process will be dealt in the time frame which he has provided. I don't have to chase them around the refund. As promise with in 4 to 6 weeks whole amount was credited back to my card. I will use them again in future once the uncertainty about travelling get bit eased.

I had to change planned flight dates and, eventually, cancel flights because of Covid issues in South Africa. Flysharp were very good in getting the money I had paid refunded. I will definitely rebook with them when Covid allows.

"Flysharp/southall travels holding my refund"
Such a terrible service ,i would call it a scam.i have booked tickets in begining of april from skyscanner and after that i got a call from southall travel saying that my payment was voided and will be refunded and if i want to keep the same ticket i should transfer the amount in their bank account straight which i did as they said.now its 30th of may and i didnt get the refund,called them many times and they saying that the refund as been issued but i confirmed from bank and it is not,my bank is going to investigate this matter with their bank and if its happening often then their account can get freeze.from skyscanner payment method it took payment as faster payment method and bank is unable to directly trace payment those are paid through faster payment method so please avoid it.
As i just come back from abroad due to death of my father and now stuck in hotel quarantine and i have to go through this situation in such a financially tough time for me.i hope they would refund me money or i ll do my best to raise it on social media and the concern departments.
Update:
I will personally go to branch after i got out of hotel quarantine but bank has already clearly told me that this was payed via faster payment method and there is no way bank can trace this money and if it was refunded then there is no way it can go somewhere else.its easy to push me here and there between you guys and bank but i am the one in the loss and dont know where my money is.

"Worst experience ever"
Such a pathetic service as i booked tickets in December 2020 and requested for refund in the same month for January 2020 tickets. We were unable to travel due to lockdown restrictions and many flights were also cancelled due to that. Called several times and every time i was told it has bee escalated with Qatar airways and request for refund has been raised. Calling Qatar airways, i have now come to know that the booking was never requested for refund and these are open tickets. It is May the 28th and FlySharp is still fooling me and saying that they have requested three times to Qatar airways and waiting for their refund to be done!
I will never book again with them and never recommend anyone now to use this company or Southall Travel as they are both same but different names. I will also raise this issue on all other social media platforms soon so that they won't dodge anyone and steal money for not providing services...

Fantastic service from Jagdish who processed the refund quickly and replied to emails always within an hour. Thank you to flysharp for refunding me and 7 other guests so quickly. Look forward to booking flights with you in the future.

"Refund Problems"
I am still waiting for my refund for a cancelled flight due to COVID. Singapore airlines had confirmed that I am entitled to a full refund and it was processed from their end on 16 Apr 2021. I also had a confirmation email from flysharp to wait for 6 weeks to process the refund from the time I applied for it.It has been more than 6 weeks and still not received my refund. I have called Flysharp but no one is answering the telephone and my email is not answered as well.
This is very disappointing and do not recommend anyone to use this company. I will make sure that family and friends will know about my experience to spare them from all the grief. I am still waiting for a reply to my email and my refund! Hopefully somebody come back to me with an answer soon!

"We booked flights to Cuba with Flysharp…"
We booked flights to Cuba with Flysharp on Air France due to coronavirus our flights were cancelled. They did not notify us that flight had been cancelled but friends of ours who booked directly with Air France were informed. They have consequently had a refund from Air France. I contacted Flysharp and was told Air France were not offering refunds and the only thing they would do was offer a credit note for Air France that if not used within the year we would get a full refund. Due to government restrictions we can obviously not fly in the time frame. So I contacted FlySharp again. Spoke to Marvin. He told me that what I had been told regarding a refund from Air France was untrue. I contacted Air France myself I was informed my booking was still current no attempt from Flysharp had been made to recover my money and that I was entitled to a full refund. I again rang Marvin and said I wanted my refund he told me they would get back to me in 48 hours that was three weeks ago and I have rang continuously and just been fobbed of. 1 star is too much.
