I have been trying to call and speak to an agent for the last two weeks and there’s been no luck. No one is answering calls. I’ve called Qatar and they say I can get a refund but agent has not made it visible for them to see the amount paid. Very frustrating. Really bad customer service. I’ve had to go to another agent and add more £££. Really wished I’ve read all this reviews before booking with them. I’m still waiting to process my refund! And I can only do this with Flysharp!
After reading your reply, there is no reason stated why there is no response from your side to discuss this matter. I don’t want to discuss this here either but it’s difficult when I can’t get hold of anyone!! I need to apply for the refund pls!

So are you saying that the £60 that I was charged was for virgin airlines fate difference and not a fee that flysharp has pocketed?

I would have rated less than a star if there was an option. My flight was cancelled and to reschedule Fly Sharp (Southhall Travel) asked for extra £60 whereas virgin said rebooking is absolutely free. It is inhumane that a company is trying to make money of global crisis, People are struggling for jobs and fighting for life and these people are trying to make money if every way they can. I think government should ban them. WHY IS NOT FARE DIFFERENCE FOR TICKETS WHICH I BOOKED DIRECT WITH VIRGIN ON SAME DAY AND TIME? WHY FARE DIFFERENCE WITH YOUR COMPANY. ALSO NONE OF YOUR REPRESENTATIVE HAS GOT IN TOUCH WITH ME AS YOU PROMISED. I THINK YOU ARE USING THIS PLATFORM TO SHOW PEOPLE HOW HELPFUL YOU GUYS ARE. BUT INTERNALLY YOU ARE NOT SOLVING MY PROBLEM

"13 months and still no refund!"
I have been waiting for a refund since March 2020!!! We were due to fly out from London to New York on March 30th 2020 and have still not been refunded for this. I have had countless conversations about it ‘taking another 2 weeks’ and that they’re ‘waiting for the airline to refund the money first’. The airline (Virgin Atlantic) claim that that has been done but regardless, the contact was made with FlySharp in 2019 and they should’ve refunded my money by now- 13 months later!

Got my refund back within a week of rebooking my tickets due to covid. Very helpful staff and I must emphasise on helpful as a member of staff named Kartik has been going out of his way to help me and make my life so much easier. I would for sure recommend and book again with flysharp. A must mention for the dude named kartik, if it wasnt for his help I would have struggled.

It's been 3 months since I cancelled my bookings from London to New Delhi, the refund is still due, not sure whether I'll receive it back or not.

"Worse company for customer service stay clear"
Stay away from this company Southall, Travel trolley all part of the same franchise.I had to reschedule my flights due to government announcements and even tho the new flight dates were cheaper online to what I had paid they were adding on numerous different taxes so overall was over £200 more expensive then the online price when questioned they gave unreasonable excuses - they take your money as a new customer but as an existing customer they just rip you off knowing you have no choice but to accept or lose your money.
To top it off each person you speak to gives difference in reasoning - better off either going direct with the airline as not much difference in flight price and especially during these circumstances for customer ease and not having to worry as the airline customer service most definitely have dealt better with these circumstances then the travel agents.

Despite complaining below, I finally get a call from the J, the agent on 18th Feb, 72 hours after the initial request who informs me that a date change will be 30 gbp. I confirm after 24 hours that I’d like it to go ahead via email to the agent and central team They contact me so much later to say the price is 100gbp for the change. I request to understand the math/ get a call - none of which is done. They just keep sending emails back and forth and claim they tried to call me when they haven’t ( I even sent a screenshot of the phone I’m sitting with) as though I’m a fool!
1. The delay in booking and therefore the increase in airline fare seems to be my fault - as despite the confirmation, they can’t explain the differential to me.
2. I finally get a call 5 hours after requesting it - and obviously missed it as it’s unreasonable to be sitting next to a mobile forever
3. I request the agent J to agree a time on 20th and call the same day - been 48 hours till today and no response.
Honestly, don’t bother with traveltrolley and flysharp. They make you feel good upfront but after sales is just poor service. Now the prices are going up and despite it not being my fault overall, I’ll be paying a much much higher differential.
They couldn’t even give me a mathematical breakdown of the price change despite asking many times - the cancellation change should have been free anyway! I only agreed to pay as it was just 30 pounds to close the deal.
I’m in India for a family medical emergency and managing them is the most harrowing experience ever. I have exchanged 50+ emails with the team and no resolution. No desire to change or help! Not my fault to start with, no help later and responsiveness is very very poor.
Go anywhere but them! Please

Despite telling me yesterday that I’d get to hear from the person in charge and taking my phone details, no contact in 24 hours? How hard can it be to dial a number for a customer that needs help and solve what is a simple issue?

"Rude and useless customer service, avoid!"
Trying to rebook some Virgin Atlantic flights (reference H4H7TU) which I initially purchased through Flysharp but then had to convert into an open ticket as was not able to travel on the initial departure date. I have been informed by Virgin Atlantic that the fare difference is completely waived as the new travel will be completed before 31 May. This is written clearly on their website.
Despite a crystal clear policy from Virgin atlantic, Flysharp are still adamant on charging me to book new flights. They are saying the payment is for "the fare difference" and this is a payment that goes to the airline apparently. Even though the airline are saying that they are definitely not charging anything for this change. Rude telephone advisors, they never let you speak and just talk over you and shout.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!
