My flight got cancelled. I got a refund at the end. FlySharp did help me to get the refund the only thing which really annoyed me was the communication. If Flysharp can improve their communication with customers definely will get 5 stars

If possible I would give them 0 stars. They’re an incompetent company who still owe us nearly £1000 for flights cancelled in April. We have chased and tried everything our end to get a refund but, due to their poor administration, a full refund was not requested from the flight company initially - and we are still waiting for the rest of our refund. I have never had to leave a bad review, as most companies resolve any issues correctly and quickly, but not this one. Please, please, please book elsewhere, for this is not a company with a well operational customer service department if you ever have the misfortune to need it.

"I was skeptical initially following a…"

I was skeptical initially following a negative review over not receiving a refund in 7months. This really scared me! However, though l was charged a minimal amount for selecting a wrong return date and ultimately for cancelling the ticket, l think it will be fair to say, flysharp is not a bad platform to transact business in the long run.

Very poor customer service had to call several times to get refund which I still did not receive from them in the end had to log claim with credit card company to get money back please people always book your holiday if you can via credit or debit card if thing's go wrong for eg company goes bust or you don't get what you paid for you get a refund from bank.

"Smooth and easy experience. Will definitely use again !"

I’m not entirely sure what all the negative reviews are about but my experience with fly sharp was amazing. Booked a ticket to Accra back in Feb for Dec, through a flight comparison site, obviously with the ongoing pandemic and last minute changes to the first leg of my flight I was no longer able to go. I asked for them to cancel for a refund and they got back to me within 48 hours and informed me that my cancellation and FULL refund had been approved. I was told my refund would take between 4-6 weeks, which I was prepared to wait for but received my refund yesterday which took just over a week. The agents were professional over the phone and dealt with me very nicely. Will definitely be booking through them in the future !

"Avoid at all costs"

To be honest they don't even deserve a star never book from this company ever again, staff are unable to understand your needs.

Booked a ticket however sadly had a death as I tried to cancel was told will need to pay £260 cancellation fee which was high especially during thses struggling times.

Email was then sent confirm I wish to cancel however also noting I am not happy with cancellation fee they refuse to accept confirming just want a simple email?

If I was to change my date that would be additional £175

No sympathy and no support.
Never again.

Please don't book with this company, I have been waiting 7 months for for a refund that by law they are supposed to give you within 14 days now I have got to go to all the aggrevation of suing them.

"Good when good terrible if problems"

I really liked flysharp who were brilliant on our last 2 bookings until one in March 2020 was cancelled from Bangkok to Birmingham after having to pay an extra £398 to change our flight to June when it kept being cancelled and having to use another carrier and pay for the flight as my husband was seriously ill travel insurance didn’t cover because of Covid we still haven’t had our refund of about £2400 for our flight with Emirates they have now offered £398
We paid £900 each for return flight then extra £398 for changing date who should refund
