Good and reliable company in my opinion.
I have made a booking for a return flight to Sry Lanka in November that was cancelled by the airline (Gulf Air).
I have sent a letter by e-mail at 18.th Marc to their customer services and ONE day later I have got an answer from them:
We write to inform you that as per advisory received from Airlines, your tickets are eligible for a full refund. It will take at least 12-14 weeks for the refund to be processed.
One of their customer advisor called me at the 9.th week and informed me my refund is on the way and the next week I have got a full refund into my bank account that was at the 10.th weeks.

Been contacting them since March for a refund for booking via emirates to Dubai, which was cancelled. 10 weeks has passed still no sign of any refund, communication is only ever please wait 4 weeks, then another 4 weeks. Company do not even pick the phone up to have a chat - absolute shambles
Looks as if everybody is the same the company are a rip off!
GOT MORE CHANCE OF SITTING IN THE QUEENS HANDBAG THAN SEEING REFUND!!

"Lack of communication"
I booked my flight to Australia via Shanghai through FlySharp. Understandably the flight was cancelled when Australia shut down it's borders, so I have been in contact with FlySharp since February 2nd in regards to a refund for the flight that never left the ground. I was asked to wait 4-6 weeks, which is fair enough and I have done that. I replied again, told to wait a further 6 weeks, I have done that. I have then tried to email on 2 separate occasions for a simple update on the refund that was promised to me and have had no reply now for 2 months. 2 months with no contact.
I understand business are busy, no busier than an airline company right now. But the lack of communication has been terrible, I would just like to know at what stage the refund is.

I have had a decent service from Flysharp. My flight was cancelled on May 16 and i spoke to a man ( Mike - i think his name) who does not have a clue what he was saying and then i spoke to Nicol and she promised me that i would receive my refund in 2 weeks time and i receive my money yesterday . Thanks Nicol for your excellent customer service.

I was supposed to fly out on March 18th and was told on the 16th I’d be entitled to a refund and to contact Fly Sharp in 6-8 weeks. I was happy with the service at this point, however, I have contacted Fly Sharp multiple times since the 8 weeks have passed and have had NO RESPONSE. It’s been over three months and I’m none the wiser and still without a refund.
Terrible customer service and in breach of the Consumer Rights Act 2015. I did not purchase flights through the airline, Fly Sharp are the supplier and are therefore responsible for refunding me directly.
Yes a lot of businesses are busy, I work for the NHS so I know this to be the case, but this is not at all acceptable. So many of us have been left in the dark and are subsequently stressed, worried and anxious. Sort it out!!

Update on my original review below on 30th May, giving 4 stars instead of 1 star as the refund has finally come through after 4 months and a couple days of waiting. Overall experience with Flysharp is ok except the lack of communication during this pandemic.
30th May:
A full refund was confirmed by Flysharp on 30th Jan 2020 which would take 6-8 weeks, but nothing happened and received no response since late March. I would give a better review if I received a response for my emails.

"Untrustworthy"
I don't trust them. Seems they avoid refunding. They now had over 2 months to process a refund (which was refunded by Thai Air to them, so I heard). They say Thai Air has not issued any refunds yet. Not sure who is lying.
No reply to emails at all. Tricky to get through on the phone.
Generally sound fake and as if they are lying when speaking on the phone.
I am sure they try to hold on to millions of travellers cash as long as they can and play a game.

Have been using Flysharp for sometime.
Made a booking for a return flight in March that was cancelled by the airline (Gulf Air).
Initially had difficulty in getting in touch with their customer services, which were presumably overwhelmed with the cancellations. Ultimately got through to them and was assured a full refund in 6 to 8 weeks.
As there was no news even after 8 weeks, contacted them again and they said that the refund process has been initiated and I would get the money in the following week or two. True to their words, I finally got the full refund.
The reason for giving them 4 stars instead of the 5 stars is because their customer service were not responding to anxious customer queries promptly. Keeping the customer in the loop of things would definitely earn them 5 stars.
I see a lot of posts stating that Flysharp is not offering a full refund in some case. I strongly feel that this is because of some airlines policy (for eg Etihad) of refunds when the airlines themselves cancel the flights. Therefore in all fairness, this is not Flysharps fault.
Well done Flysharp! Will definitely use your services again.
