"Waited 3 month and still haven’t got my refund"

just want to say never book from them again, even when you looking for a cheap ticket.
As something goes wrong, they will never help.

Ive booked a ticket to Thailand with my girlfriend at end of March. Lucky I work in Manchester airport and I noticed that Turkish airline have been cancel and I had to ring them up my self on the 18th of March - to ask for a refund. (As no email was sent out from flysharp).

As they said that I will get my refund back within 4-6 week. I waited 6 weeks and I still haven’t got my refund, so I call them up and they said wait for another month and i waited again. And is been 3 month now and I still haven’t got my money back yet, is not like I haven’t been waiting patiently and I call last week, they said I get it by the 6th of June. I still haven’t got my money back. I think this is ridiculous and I have all the phone call and email to proof.
How crap they are.
Just want to see what this company is really like

I feel obliged to give you a review, as I have seen you have not been doing so great on trust pilot since this pandemic started. But I would like to Thank you very much as I have finaly received my refund, for the cancelled flight near end of march, reason for 4 stars is becauseI was kept out of loop on the whole in the progress of my refund. I can understand it in one way but I still think you could have done more. Hopefully your reviews start picking up in here, once you start doing the right thing. good luck and all the best

"Excellent customer service during Coronavirus"

I booked a flight to Malaysia on 17th January before we were really aware of Covid-19.

Malaysian Airlines did not offer a refund to customers for some time, however as soon as they did FlySharp got in touch with me to see if I wanted a credit note or a refund.

They kept trying until they got hold of me and refunded the whole amount with no admin charge. Highly recommend

"Invisible Voucher!"

We had booked with Fly Sharp return flights with Qatar Airways to Phuket. On Tuesday 17/3 we discovered that the UK Government / FCO stated that only essential travel should be undertaken, we then immediately contacted Fly Sharp to cancel our flights on this day. This was the day before our flight on Wednesday 18/3. Many confusing emails later from Fly Sharp I was eventually offered a voucher for the full value of our flights, valid for 12 months. I asked Fly Sharp to send me the actual voucher confirming value and date of validity, as other travel companies have done .Qatar have offered 10% uplift on all issued vouchers and have now extended the date for re-booking to 2 years so we wanted clarification of what exactly we have got?
Fly Sharp contacted me on the 23rd April stating they would respond in 5 / 6 working days. Well I have been patient, but after various reminders and 6 weeks not 6 days and no response I'm now losing faith! I only want my voucher, which has been promised!
Update
Have now received a full cash refund from Fly Sharp which is obviously an excellent result, just a pity I had to resort to posting my complaint on this site which obviously instigated the desired action.

"Booked BA flights through Flysharp"

Booked BA flights through Flysharp which were cancelled due to coronavirus, I emailed on a number of occasions to get a full cash refund but constantly told only a voucher was available even though legally I was entitled to a full cash refund. 2 months later I have received my refund and they have waived the high administration fees, so in the end they did the right thing.

"If there was an option to give them 0…"

I spoke to them 2 weeks ago and they advised me to wait as if the airline cancelled the flight then I would get my refund so I decided to wait.
Today, I called them ,as my flight is cancelled, to my surprise they have already applied for a credit voucher from airline without my consent. It’s my money stuck there and you applying for credit voucher without my consent is not done. I would need my refund and would not accept a credit voucher. Invoice -4441775

"DO NOT USE THEM OR THEIR PARENT COMPANY SOUTHALL TRAVEL"

If I could give 0 stars I would. Fly Sharp have been disgraceful throughout the pandemic. I booked flights in january for March 15th, after 2 completely pointless changes before departure I arrived at the airport and sailed through with no issues, thought wahoo all good! Until I arrive in Doha and am told that due to COVID-19 the UK government issued a do not travel to my final destination Bali. At this point its midnight and I'm alone 12 hours from home. Qatar airways told me they're still flying so I wouldn't get a refund for not flying on to Bali, so I ring fly sharp who tell me that Qatar airways should be turning all UK passengers around and boarding them back to the UK and if they weren't they would do that when I get to Bali free of charge. So I boarded my Bali flight and was told on there that they wouldn't be turning us round and its not their problem, that my travel agent had given me complete BS! So I arrived in Bali and reassessed got my visa and spoke to my insurers (whole other rubbish experience) but eventually found evidence in my t&cs that I was still insured so continued my holiday. Until 4 days in when my Kuala lumpar-heathrow flight was cancelled by BA. I only found this out as I was regularly checking just in case as I didn't want to end up stuck. So by this point I am unable to make phone calls and Fly Sharp have not responded to a single email I had sent them in the prior 4 days. So I waited a day to hear from them or BA and didn't. So my mum who was still in the UK phoned them and couldn't get through for 2 days trying all day and night. Eventually she got through and asked what my choices were; she was told very matter of factly that my other flight from Bali to KL would 100% be cancelled and my only option was to buy new flights and sort a refund for my "cancelled" flights afterwards. By this point its 1am in the UK (8am Bali) and the only flight we had the choice of was at 00:45 the next day - meaning I'd need to start getting to the airport as I was on an island. she was also pressured by the call handler insistently telling her she had to be quick as theres only 1 seat left. After stressing her further and then her not being able to get back through to the call center for over an hour after she had followed a link they had sent by email to her to pay an additional £980 for the return flights she finally got them booked which the confirmation then took another 2 hours to come through - in a different name - SOUTHALL TRAVEL which is apparently the same company. Yet almost 3 months on I am still now waiting for some form of refund from the flights that were supposedly cancelled- they weren't and still flew the same day and times albeit the KL - heathrow was no longer a code share and just a Malaysian airlines flight instead. I am honestly disgusted by this company and will never use a budget travel agent again - I will only ever go direct to flight companies- all of which were offering prompt refunds or changes for no cost.

"Thank you very much for the ticket…"

Thank you very much for the ticket refund.
It takes more than 2 months to process the whole refund. At first when Virgin Atlantic said I can be fully refund, the staff (Flysharp) he cancelled my ticket and told me that I cannot refund. He persuaded me to pay for another ticket instead.
If 3 months ago Flysharp be honest and refund the ticket in the first place, I would be more than happy to buy another ticket with Flysharp. I think that attitude need to be improve, what he did is just to makes me (or other customers) go away. I am a frequent flyer and travel every six month from London to Asia.
