Our flights were cancelled due to pandemic and Fly Sharp refunded our airfares in full.

Was due to fly 27th March, but obviously never happened. Reached out to Fly Sharp and told to give them 3 to 4 weeks to get things resolved. Having flown with one of the sister companies Travel Trolley on multiply occasions without issue wasn't concerned and providing it gets sorted waiting a few weeks whilst not great was acceptable.
But that's where the positivity ends, followed up on the 28th April, 8th May, 13th May, 19th May, 22nd May and not had any response about what's happening or the status of my refund, since the email on the 27th March
Next steps if I can't get a response would be to flag with the relevant agencies, or based on Southall Travel being the trading company, maybe reaching out directly to Mr / Mrs Bahia / Mr Borkhatria, Company directors might get me more joy.
But shouldn't have to come to this, delays are acceptable providing people know where they stand and what's happening, we all know its chaos now, but radio silence is what's creating all the negativity and only damaging your company for when things do get back to some normality.
Can someone tell me when I will get my refund . .
UPDATE 28th contacted by Paul, who was going to investigate the status with BA and provide an update once received hopefully within the next two weeks, so positive steps

"Not reliable!"
Fly sharp confirmed my ticket but didn't transfer the money to the airline so my ticket was cancelled. After that they lied about the flight not being available anymore, and they also denied the information about not transferring the money even though the airline company confirmed that was the reason. They lied about every fact I provided just so they didn't have to admit any mistakes. Fly sharp then claimed that they had tried to contact me over phone and email even though I had no missed calls or any mail in the junk mail or inbox. When telling them this they insinuated that I am lying, three different persons during three different phone calls all insinuated that I was to blame and that I was lying. AVOID THEM! I even bought a travel insurance with them, and this is how they treat their customers!

"Refund Avoiders!"
Requested a refund for flights that were cancelled during the Pandemic at the beginning of March and have yet to receive the refund. Even with written confirmation from Fly Sharp that they would process it. Have tried numerous time to contact them with no answer. Terrible customer service and taking advantage of people during these turbulent times.
6.20pm Update - Based on their reply -
I’d like to know specifically how you can guarantee the refund has been processed, especially since the booking I am referring to was not made in my name. We were told confirmation of our refund on 2nd March and it has been 12 weeks and 2 days since that time.

Originally I was informed that I will be getting credit note but then after while I received phone call from one of the agent from flysharp to inform me that they are processing with our full refund. The agent was very clear with how long the refund process will take and answered all questions patiently. I have received full refund within the given time. Very happy with the whole process

Found a great deal on a flight, but then I couldn’t take it due to Covid. I have just received a full refund from Flysharp, so very happy with the experience in spite of the unfortunate situation. Took a bit of patience but understandable at the moment. Thanks Flysharp!

Update - 27/05 16:00 - Paul, who was incredibly polite and seemed to be very helpful, has just called me from Flysharp, to say my full refund will be with me within the next two weeks. I will update again once this has happened.
Update - 04/06 - 06:00 - My refund has been returned in full back to my credit card. It seemed that using Trust pilot, was quicker than using Flysharp's call centers or contact emails.
So i finally have some closure. I am understanding, regarding what travel companies are going through; they certainly haven't experienced anything like this on this scale before. Once everything has settled down, I will use Flysharp again TBH, should their price be cheaper as i have very rarely booked direct with an airline as they are normally dearer.
