"Rude. Unprofessional. Liars."

Wouldn’t even give one star if I didn’t have to.

I called up to get a refund for my cancelled Etihad flight and was blatantly lied to. Told I wasn’t eligible for a refund and to call again in 2 weeks but there was no guarantee I would get my money back. I then sent a number of emails to Flysharp- forwarding information that I had directly received from Etihad explaining that the agent ‘Flysharp’ would need to give me a refund.

I called the company again after my emails were ignored. To be told yet again I wasn’t eligible for a refund. I put up a fight and eventually was told that she had got it ‘wrong’ and I was eligible.

If you’re trying to get a refund for a cancelled flight. Be persistent. Don’t let an awful company like this keep your money. The customer help staff were rude, unprofessional and quite frankly lie about what you are entitled to.

I also had to pay 10% of my ticket price in order to be refunded!

I will never be using this company again.

"5 months all but 4 days for my refund!"

I have been trying to get a refund since the Foreign offices advised only essential travel. Asking for a full cash refund, cancellation invoice or letter of no show for my travel insurance.
My flights and reservation with Swiss Air were cancelled due to Covid 19 so I am entitled to a full refund. Swiss Air informed me of this.
For 9/12 weeks I have been emailing and ringing Flysharp.com and being fobbed off with lies of when they were going to do anything to get my money back £1747.82.
They now don't reply to emails saying they are prioritising travellers who are travelling now. They didn't prioritise me when I was supposed to be travelling 23/03/20
They say they'll send a cancellation invoice in 72 hours then send nothing. I've waited weeks!
Fed up with their unprofessional service so have started charge back proceedings with my credit card.
Update
Contacted them again this week and guess what, wait another 30 days!
Above this review it says that Flysharp.Com have contacted me, in fact all they asked was my invoice number, nothing else!
Update 30 days later
Waited the said 30 days and guess what? Wait another 2 week

Flysharp am I ever going to get my refund. You have had my money since last November 2019, 7 months now!

I waited another 2 weeks and have emailed flysharp twice and now not replying to my emails! Total lack of communication from them.
They say that they won't return my money until Swiss Air have paid them, my contract is with them and not Swiss Air, so I need my refund!

Flysharp eventually emailed me back after 3 days, wait another 30 days as Swiss Air still haven't refunded them they wrote. They have now told me to wait 90 days. Incidentally the next 30 days is when the MasterCard charge back date expires. I wonder which one will give me a refund first!

After 5 months all but 4 days I have at last got my refund from Flysharp. It's been a struggle, so many emails and phone calls. As I see it they don't refund until they have the money refunded from the airlines.
It's been a difficult time for everyone and i was patient but 5 months!!!

"Excellent service"

Throughout the COVID19 crisis, Fly Sharp were friendly, communicative and proactive in answering any questions I had. They finally managed to get a full refund from the airline after our flights were cancelled too. Excellent service.

"Ticket Refund"

I have bought my flight ticket from Fly Sharp online. I couldn’t travel in April to India, because of the Covid-19. I requested for my refund to them. On Monday I had a phone call from their office and Mr.Ajay told me that I will get my full refund with in two weeks. I was so happy to hear that news and I am waiting for that money in this bad situation. Definitely I will give support to this company again in future.

"LIARS AND THIEVES. DO NOT BOOK"

Our flights were cancelled on the 5th of March and we asked for a refund immediately, we were promised we'd have it back in 6-8weeks but we've still not been refunded and its been 13weeks.
I called them today to ask where my money was and they told me it would be another 4-6MONTHS! The man on the phone then put me on hold without explanation and i was waiting for 45MINUTES! I ended the call as he had blatantly put me on hold with the expectation of me hanging up.
This is not a small amount of money i am awaiting a refund of over £1100!
This company ROBS YOU do not book with them! I an absolutely outraged and if i do not receive a refund soon I will be taking them to court.
