Given the current Covid situation the travel agents are working very hard to reorganise travel and refunds for many people and making absolutely no income! The staff at Fly Sharp were always professional and polite and helped me to cancel my booking and organise a refund from the airlines and kept me informed - very helpful indeed!

Jeff was very helpful, efficient and good to talk to. He explained that due to unexpected and unprecedented circumstances, our request for refunds will be given back within 7-10 days from yesterday. Will certainly do business with Flysharp again once this pandemic ends.

Our CSAIR flight was cancelled 1st February 2020, it is now 21st May 2020 and despite lots of promises, there has been no refund. I have contacted the airline who have told me that the refund has been paid to Fly Sharp on the 24th February 2020. This means that FlySharp have has my money for 3 months and have not paid it back .
Do not use this company or their sister company TravelTrolley which have been equally apalling to deal with. Absolutely fine if you want a cheap flight but you had better pray that nothing goes wrong.

I am going to get my full refund on covid19 flight cancellation from fly sharp, This was not that easy but still I am going to get it back. I recommend always check and book with airlines if not then I will recommend fly sharp.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!! THEY ARE NOT GIVING CREDIT NOTES EITHER!

I am discussing with Flysharp on email and phone since about two months ago about a canceled flight to Singapore. Apparently they seem to be willing to cooperate but this is just to delay the fact that they will never refund or issue a credit note. Now they don't even answer their phone anymore. On the course of this crisis, they created various email addresses claiming you can reach them for urgent matters, but they answer with at least a week delay on them.

I will certainly never book with them again and will make complaints to ATOL and ABTA and I would encourage you to do the same!

They refused to refund my cancelled April 2020 flight money unless they first deducted £75 per person admin fee. I obviously refused to accept this.

Nothing received to date. In law they are required to refund 100% within 7 days.
Have now involved the credit card company. I wish we have booked direct with BA, as we will next time.

Never agian will I buy tickets through Fly Sharp!
Was told 6-8 weeks for my refund we are now into week 9 and they say its going to be another 14days!!!!
No communication from them what so ever! Other companys have refuned my tickets within 3days when they said it was going to 4-6 weeks.
