What the hell is going with this company. I am scheduled to fly on 15th March and have several bookings with them. Left them several emails but no one responds. I am clueless on how to proceed

"Hard to reach agent from vayama"
Trying to call them unable to reach them only answer machine and emailed them and no respond yet. Our schedule flight is already March 18,2020 and coming back April 6,2020. But there’s a locked down during those period because of the corona virus and i just want my refund back. So much stressful and still waiting for them to respond!

"Frustrating, but they really helped rescheduling my trips"
I tried calling them several times and no response. It was very frustrating in the beginning. But, some one in the reviews mentioned emailing them helps. It really did. Their reply to emails took more then 10 hrs. They worked well in my case and rescheduled all trips on time. My original reservations are scheduled for Mar14th,they settled everything in 24hrs.
So better contact them little early if your upcoming flights are near by. They do great job on emails and they also called me on my number provided in email.

"Absolute shambles of a company"
Absolute shambles of a company. Have tried to call them a few times but lines are down. An expectation maybe given the current circumstances and call volumes...so....I decided that I would email them to cancel a couple of bookings knowing that the rules on the ticket meant there would be a small penalty of $100 to lose on a $429 ticket and also on another booking losing the ticket but asking for the $55 tax back as it would be unused.
After 4 emails no response at all. Avoid this company at all costs as they don`t give a damn about service or communications.

"BEWARE!! Bait and Switch"
BEWARE!!. Changed my airline without my approval now i have to pay baggage fees. bait and switch. Good luck getting them on the phone or email within your 24 hour cancellation period. very sneaky. con artist. I will never recommend or use them again. this also looks bad on Skyscanner since they choose to use them as a trusted booking agent.

"I have never had the misfortune of…"
I have never had the misfortune of dealing with such horrible customer service. After being on hold for almost 2 hours they told me to call the airline. Airline couldn’t believe the agents had no idea of how to deal with the situation at hand. I called Vayama back. The agent was literally fighting with me. And then she hung up on me. Called them back and have been on hold for the past 3 hours! Still waiting for someone to answer...
