The worst company i had encountered in my life. Customer service are answering due to Corona. I think that is just an excuse to try and cheat people out of their money. I think everybody that made reservations with this company and didn't get treated fairly should get tougher and sue them.

Due to the impact of the corona virus we aren’t allowed to visit the U.S. from Europe. We don’t get an answer from the travel agent and they aren’t available by phone. Why ? I‘m afraid this isn’t a serious travel agent. Please contact us ASAP our flight is this Saturday !!!!!

We all have the same horrible experience with Vayama. Please call your credit card company, cancel the payment with Vayama and keep all your mails for your records.
They are playing a very dirty game with us customers right now. Their excuse is that the "airline policy" does not allow a refund - which is not true at all!!
