Wirecard-Macher Markus Braun hatte sich für die ungeschickte Kommunikation bereits entschuldigt.Manchmal denke ich das ist das einzige was er kann. Alles was von ihm gepostet wurde war um es vorsichtig auszudrücken ungeschickt. Man fragt sich wie ein Unternehmen das sicherlich Zukunft hat von solchen Leuten gemanagt werden kann. Schade ich zumindest habe hier viel Geld verbrannt.

"I received a wirecard from Spectrum and…"
I received a wirecard from Spectrum and I finally was able to activate it using customer service. I could not do it on-line, nor could I register my card on-line. Called customer service 4 times, 3 times told me they did not get a response so disconnected me. Finally got through to an operator, gave my name, card number and Zip code and again was disconnected said that I did not response. Was the same operator each time. I want to transfer the amount on the card to our bank account as I am in Canada, and we just received the card and it expires in October of 2020. If we are allowed to go back to the States with COVID-19, we do not cross until November and by that time the card expires. This website is terrible and the customer service is worse. Really need someone to contact me and fix this.

"Vorsicht bei boonplanet"
Ich habe ein Konto bei der Wirecard über boonplanet eröffnet. Eine Aufladung des Kontos per Karte wurde abgelehnt, aber das Geld wurde bei meiner Kreditkarte trotzdem abgebucht. Der Kundenservice ist nicht hilfreich und spricht nur gebrochenes deutsch. Jetzt fehlen mir 1000€. Betrug!

Die von Wirecard herausgegebene Black&White Prepaid Mastercard wird leider teurer. Es kam eine Mail mit neuen AGB und ab 20.07.2020 wird leider einiges teurer:
- die Gebühr für die Aufadung der Karte beträgt nun 1,5% (mind. 1,79) statt früher 1,0%. Also wenn man zB 300,- auflädt kostet das künftig statt 3 Euro dann 4,50 Euro.
- Die Gebühr für die Folge/Ersatzkarte (also wenn die Gültigkeitsdauer der Karte abgelaufen ist) wurde von 4,99 auf 9,99 verdoppelt.
Das ist schade wie ich finde und es macht die Karte unattraktiver durch diese Preiserhöhung.

i called to reset my password after putting in my password...which hasn't changed and I was told it will take 48hrs to get a temporary password EMAILED TO ME! Worst card ever!

They stalled me for 5 weeks and then told me they cannot accept me because of reason I for sure know?
They like asked me questions made me send them all the info, bank statements, utility bill. After few weeks asked me where will I be mostly selling, and few weeks after they sent me they can't work with me. I mean, just say it at begining don't waste my time.

I lost just over £300 in a transaction I made. 2 months, about 10 very unproductive (and very expensive) phone calls, multiple emails to multiple different people and an official enquiry later, and I still have no viable explanation of where this money went, or why, and ZERO signs of getting it back. What a shambles
