"BALANCE SHOWING NEGATIVE"

I was issued a refund fromAmazon to my Wire-card MasterCard but shows NEGATIVE on my acc balance.Have been trying to get hold of them but no luck.

"Ridiculous"

I worked at Sears and received a card from WireCard. I tried to activate it but apparently I did it wrong too many times (I’m pretty sure I did it correctly) and the account was closed. I received a second card and now it is saying it is not assigned to me. I talked to customer support and a rude woman refused to help and told me to talk to Sears. The Sears I worked at is now permanently closed. I tried the corporate number and was transferred to WireCard. This is ridiculous. How am I supposed to get my card assigned to me if it is saying I can’t register it. So now I have over $500 dollars just sitting somewhere untouchable.

"Horrible service all around"

Horrible service all around. Why would ATT say that they’re going to issue a refund as a check in the first place THEN send it on a card that doesn’t work. Smh. Should have just refunded the money to my account instead of clearly trying out a new unestablished process. Just dumb. ATT do better.

"Bislang „fast“ völlig zufrieden"

Bislang „fast“ völlig zufrieden. Die Kontoeröffnung ging zügig und problemlos. Habe dann, zwei Tage später an einem Sonntag, mal testweise von meinem Girokonto bei der Commerzbank Geld aufs Boom Konto überwiesen. Am Folgetag nachmittags war das Geld gutgeschrieben. Die folgende Zahlung mit der Applewatch war dann auch kein Problem. Einen Stern ziehe ich dennoch ab. Ich habe nur wegen der Uhr eine virtuelle Kreditkarte benötigt. Eine normale Kreditkarte brauche ich nicht. Um das Boom Konto aufzuladen, fragt die App nach einer „echten“ Kreditkarte. Wenn ich die hätte, bräuchte ich dieses Konto doch aber gar nicht! Perfekt und somit den 5. Stern gebe es, wenn alternativ die Aufladung mit Paypal möglich wäre......

"Shocking company only reply to social messages"

So after my previous comment wirecard got in touch via Trust pilot and asked me to send them information (which I did). Since then I have heard nothing back. It appears they only reply on Trust pilot to look good and don't bother to follow up on any issues highlighted to them by customers. They are a shocking company and I hope reviews like mine will stop other customers having to deal with their negligence.

"Die Karte geht Nie"

Die Karte geht Nie. Jede Menge Geld drauf und bei jedem Zahlvorgang wird die Karte abgelehnt. Zum Glück ist das Nie peinlich.
Ich ärgere mich jeden Monat. Kann mein Unternehmen nicht verstehen das sie dieses Unternehmen gewählt haben.

Eine Rücküberweisung des eigenen Guthaben wird einfach nicht ausgeführt. Es wird ausgesessen, man wird hingehalten.

"I received a Wirecard for over charges…"

I received a Wirecard for over charges on my AT&T account. I have been fighting with AT&T over phone charges and finally, after 2 months, halfway have them resolved. With that finally being taken care of, I tried to activate my Wirecard today and surprise, it isn't recognized. It seems every step of the way with this company has been nothing but a hassle and disappointment. What do I need to do to get my card activated now? I tried the phone number, website and text message and nothing worked. Frustrated!!

"I'm having the same issue as so many…"

I'm having the same issue as so many other people... I received my card for my AT&T Refund. I can't activate my card because the phone number of the sticker isn't recognizing my card number. I can't register my card online because it also doesn't recognize my card. I tried calling the phone number on the back of the card and it, too, doesn't recognize my number. And now I'm reading on the responses from WireCard asking people to provide their phone number and name on an email that doesn't seem to be official for conducting business as such... "social-media at wirecard.com" ?!?!? Doesn't seem right to me... what would a "Social Media" department assist people with access to their held-up funds???

"Extremely poor customer service"

Extremely poor customer service that takes forever to respond. I wonder why one of the biggest shipping lines partnered with this kind of lazy employee infested company.

You better start firing your employees. They just sit there in the office all day waiting for payday and doing absolutely nothing!
