"Honestly wirecard deserves no stars"

Honestly wirecard deserves no stars. I paid my electric bill with cash, check or debit card every month. When I moved out of state the electric company sent a prepaid wire card. They sent it to my temporary housing and I only just received it. Wirecard took a service fee when I asked for my money back they told me I agreed to terms and conditions. How could I have done that? I didn't choose to get a prepaid card. This company steals money from card holders.

"Worst customer service ever"

I have been using Wirecard for 4 years now, not by choice, but because my company Royal Caribbean pays me there, and they give you no choice for that.

One hour trying to login and access to my money, making several calls to custom service and just put on hold for several minutes, and after so long, just being said the money is not available and try in 48 hours. This happened like 10 times in these years
Worst service ever!

Worst experience I've ever had with a Refund Card. ATT is a joke and so is Wirecard. I've been trying to activate this card for three days. It keeps responding that the numbers on the card are invalid, I've tried calling customer service multiple times and there is no way to get through to an actual person, it disconnects each time. This card is a scam and I am furious with #At&T and their lack of business ethics. Why would they have a third party issue my refund, that's been owed to me for several months, with a really bad reputation, instead of processing my refund and sending me the check they have owed me for months. Wirecard is a horrible company and so is At&T. Worst customer service experience I have ever dealt with from both compmanies. #IWANTMYMONEYTHATSOWEDTOME, NOT A CRAPPY DEBIT CARD THAT DOESN'T WORK!!

"card is crap"

went online to login.wirecard.com to register card i got as a rebate from MSI for products i bought but it constantly tell me that the card number or cvc no is wrong. What the hell. so far this company seems like a big scam cannot do anything with card. I will be contacting MSI with these issues with this card rebate system. I will be adviv=sing them to go back to their previos system at least it worked.

I was charged 9 dollars in dormant fees where prior I was informed I can safely store my funds without dormant fee. They lie and contradict what they say. I'm very disatisfied with Wirecard.

"Wished I could have given them ZERO stars!"

Wished I could have given them ZERO stars! I received this card in lieu of a refund from AT&T. Once I spent the balance I called to cancel the card. They told me the transaction would need to clear before I could cancel. Ten days later I called again to cancel the card, after verifying that the card had a zero balance. I clearly stated my reason for calling and the representative told me that the 10-day transaction had not cleared. When I asked him how long it takes, he became belligerent and rude. When I asked to speak with his supervisor I was placed on hold and forgotten! This is absolutely the WORST customer service I've ever experienced, in addition, the gentleman I spoke with was the RUDEST service rep I've ever had the misfortunate of speaking with. I actually got the impression that he enjoyed acting in this manner.
