"Took a while to find this website"

Took a while to find this website.
My dad had an account with AT&T for his phone and internet. When my dad passed away October 20th, 2019, I closed everything, paid the bills and I overpaid AT&T. This company, Wirecard who they use sent a Visa card. And I was on my dad's checking account as well. After everything cleared, I closed the account as I lived 4 hours from my dad.
When I called to get a pin number for the card, I was told that I couldn't use it, they would send me a check. The check says to the Estate of my dad. There is no more bank account to use. I am the one who paid the bills out of my personal checking account. So now, I'm out that money, can't cash the check, couldn't use the Visa card.
On the letter you sent me it says, "you recently requested that we transfer the remaining balance of your Wirecard Prepaid card to a check. I most certainly did not. I just wanted the card to work.
I've written to AT&T and told them what a crummy company you are and they shouldn't use you. I email that to them once a week, thats how angry I am trying to get this resolved.
There is no case number.

"WHAT A NIGHTMARE THEY ARE HOLDING $2000 FROM BMW PLUS"

I’ve got $2000 from BMW in that card since October/19 that I can’t use since and is 3/20 they sent the card to the wrong address I requested to resend it to my actual address and I have to be calling them every 48 hours and every time I call they ask me to email em something different and wait 48 hours that is for the last 30 days I don’t understand why BMW is still using this company with all these bad reviews

"Super Girokonto!"

Ich habe seit mehreren Wochen das Girokonto (boon Planet) von der Wirecard Bank. Am Anfang hat die App noch relativ lange Ladezeiten gehabt. Mit jedem Update innerhalb kürzester Zeit wurde es besser. Mittlerweile ist es meine Lieblings-Banking-App (im Vergleich zur DKB- und VR-Banking-App). Es gibt auch einen telefonischen Support. (ist bei vielen Smartphone Banken nicht selbstverständlich)

"So nach anfänglichen Schwierigkeiten…"

So nach anfänglichen Schwierigkeiten funktioniert alles soweit gut. Der Kundenservice ist nett und hilfsbereit. Das einzige, was ich noch zu bemängeln habe, ist, dass eine Überweisung 2 mal ausgeführt wurde, da ein kleines technisches Problem (Meldung von boon.Planet) aufgetreten ist, was ich nicht verursacht habe. Bei der technischen Prüfung von Seiten boon.Planet wurde angeblich nichts gefunden. Das hat halt dazu geführt, dass andere, die Geld abbuchen wollten, dies nicht konnten...Daran muss bitte noch gearbeitet werden, dass die Technik nicht nur zu 80% sondern zu 100% funktioniert. Es ist bei der PIN-Einfabe passiert und ich habe die Oin richtig eingegeben. Ich musste das halt als Kunde wieder ausbaden und denjenigen erklären, die abbuchen wollten. Bitte als konstruktive Kritik ansehen, und ändern. Dad erwarte ich von einem Konto, dass alles reibungslos funktioniert und 6 Euro für eine Ersatzkarte ist meines Erachtens nicht ganz in Ordnung. "Worst company ever."

i got a 30 dollar rebate in the form of wirecard visa card. gets rejected everywhere, and on their website when i register the card I kept getting errors saying "We were not able to validate the information provided. Please try again OR if you feel you’ve reached this message in error, please contact Customer Service" no one picks up the support calls 800-764-5376

Look down below: Reply from wirecard - all of the replies to all these people are basically the same. It means whatever douchebag replying to these reviews isnt even listening to the problems and basically using a script. It's exactly the same with the customer service team when you contact them. How much do these people get paid? Useless. I've been trying to transfer money for weeks but the website is designed so you can't do it. Basically a scam. And no i wont give you my phone number there isn't one on file.

AT&T used this for a refund. I tried all of the phone numbers on this card and for Wirecard and was unable to talk to a person or request a check without agreeing to their terms. If this bothers you as much as it does me, you can report AT&T to the FCC and to consumerfinance.gov. I reported their unethical behavior to both; I believe that they care more about the FCC complaint since they've called to make hay several times in regards to the FCC complaint.

"OMG...AT&T used this for a refund"

OMG...AT&T used this for a refund. Attempted to register the card online to just transfer funds over and no matter what password I used to set up the account it kept denying it. My next step was to call customer service which was clearly located in another country and couldn't find anyone that spoke english to resolve my issue. They just kept reciting the same scrip regarding the password requirements. Very SAD indeed!

Update: Company did reach out via this platform but I had already went through the hassle of using up the refund via the credit card. Seems to me it would have made more sense to either just issue a credit to my existing ATT account or send me a check.

"Trash company"

Recently got this card as a refund through my Electric Company. Never in my life have I seen a more corrupt card company. They will do ANYTHING to keep you from transferring your funds. Their direct deposit function is busted, and the website can hardly function. Never in my life has a company tried to deny me of my own funds, just to attempt to collect a few fees. I called customer support twice to fix this issue. All that happened was my time got wasted.

"Replacing a Card is a Nightmare"

I called to have a lost card replaced. There was a charge for getting the card, which wasn't great, but I didn't exactly have any other option. I was to receive my card in seven to ten days. Four weeks later, that card never arrived.

I called again after trying to find the Customer Service number (it's not in the Contact section of their website, or on the login page--you have to hope a search engine finds it buried in an FAQ) and was told they would try to send the card again, the same way. I asked if there was any other way to get the card sent. I was explicitly told no. I would have to wait another seven to ten days to receive my card.

Three and a half weeks later, the card had not arrived. I called for a third time (the phone number still isn't on the Contact page), and was told that there was no record of activation or of the envelope being undeliverable. The agent suggested sending the card with a different carrier--something the previous agent said was not an option--and that, as a courtesy, I wouldn't have to pay for the option to have the card shipped by a different carrier. For bonus points, I will have to call a fourth time in 24-48 hours, because they are unable to provide the tracking number to me in any way but by me calling them again and having it read over the phone.

I paid money for a replacement card two months ago I didn't get, had to hunt for any way to get help, was explicitly given misinformation by an agent, and still have to contact them again in order to find a resolution. This is about the exact opposite of customer-oriented service.

EDIT ON 16 March 2020: I ended up calling back to try to get a tracking number. Spent 10 minutes on hold to get to an agent, who told me they didn't have a tracking number for my shipment, even though they could for sure see it went out. So, I guess I can add "told to call back to get something that didn't exist" to the list above.
