Denke für jeder die keine Kreditkarte hat eine Tolle Lösung Apple Pay (oder Google Pay etc.) zu benützen….Überweisung von mein Konto auf dem Boon Planet Konto geht am selben Tag…das passt …und was ich wirklich super fand ist die Einrichtung über den App (bis hin zur hinzufügen vom Apple Pay im Wallet)….max. 10 min…..(ich habe eine ausländische ID Karte….und es gab kein Problem bei der Identifizierung)....also man braucht nur seine normale Persönliche Daten, Steuer ID Nr und seine ID Karte…..noch nie so einfach erlebt ein Bankkonto zu eröffnen….ich hatte nur nicht so schnell verstanden wie ich Kontakte hinzufüge wenn man noch keine Kontakte hat (laut FAQ „Kontaktliste runter ziehen“ …hier war mir nicht gleich klar wo ich was machen muss)….Sonnst TOP

"I do not understand how this card is…"

I do not understand how this card is supposed to work. Even though it says I have a balance l keep getting denied when l try to make a purchase. This is at regular stores not gas stations nor restaurants. The amounts l was attempting to purchase were under my balance and were not service oriented places so should not be any holds. I would call and it would say 0 balance yet on the website it shows l have a balance. There is no phone number for customer service where you can actually speak to a representative to address the issues only automated which do not answer my questions. This is issued through biolife for plasma donations . I read the pamplet on how to use but still keepa getting denied. Finally have attempted to transfer to bank ( for a fee) so l now see 0 balance but it says it take 2 to 3 days so we will see. It also says you can use at atm but would only give me 1/2 of the available balance. Super frustrating as l did this because l needed extra cash. Also the verification ( typing in the letters and numbers you see is nearly impossible to see )

Update you got in contact with me. I replied and never heard anything back again. You sent the first emails to thd correct address but when l pulled up the response on the second email you have the wrong one listed.

If I could put 0 stars I would - absolutely incompetent customer service and online portal, nothing works. Beginning to think this company is actually a scam.

"Sucks I’m forced to use this card"

I’ve used a lot of different prepaid cards because of BioLife Plasma but this company is bad. I’ve repeatedly had to CALL them to get a password reset because the forgot password link sends a temporary to no email even though they put my email in the system multiple times. And now when I put a new password in after the temp, it never saves. I’ve had to call them over 10 times in the last few months to get access to my account so I can transfer my funds out of that dreadful account.

"Absolutely NO customer service!"

Have been trying to register card AT&T sent me for a refund (you skunks!) for 30+ minutes & Wirecard does not recognize the card number I’m inputting (quadruple checked for accuracy). No customer service phone number or chat number. Hats off for having one of the least customer friendly websites ever. I’m not sure who I dislike more-Wirecard for having such a bad product or AT&T for hanging their customers with this steaming pile of mess.

I have been trying to log on to the website to transfer my funds and I keep getting the error message, image and characters do not match, they match. I have been getting this message for 2 days. There isn't a phone number to contact customer support so there is no real way to contact this company. I found an email in their response on this site so I was finally able to email them.

I am not sure why any person or company would use this site from the issues I have had along with all of the negative reviews I have read here.

Too bad there isn't a negative star option.

i got this card frrom nissan company, tried to use it and it was declined not one but twice, still trying to get my money back sice i paid out of pocket. this is an absolute and total joke of a business and should be closed down for disreputable practices as they send you the card but turn around and declince the sale or use of the card.

"WIRECARD sucks"

Wirecard attempted to hold my money even through the charge was disputed and declined. Knowing this that still made me wait 8 days for the refund of my own money. And customer service is a joke. Unless you demand differently you're handled by some 3rd world employee attempting to sound American or English which is insulting itself. They act like they don't have a clue when it comes to your money. This company can go fuq themselves.
