"Scam."
I received this card from AT&T as a refund of an overpayment. I have verified with U-verse that my address is correct but when when trying to get my card activated wire card is stating it’s incorrect. I asked 3 supervisors how was your company able to mail me my refund card if the address is incorrect. Wire card requested that I send my drives license and a utility bill to verify by identify. This is unacceptable and I do not feel comfortable providing a random company with my information. From the reviews below it seems like they give customers a hard time in an effort for customers to give up and they benefit by keeping the refund. Matter of time before a class action suit is filed against this company.

"Unhelpful regarding expired card"
I got a prepaid card issued by wirecard and it expired last year. The terms and conditions clearly state "Your funds will never expire, regardless of the expiration date on the front of your card". But when I call customer support, they say all the funds have expired. I asked them to escalate to upper management and it has been two months and they say that there has been no response whenever I call. I have sent a copy of the terms and conditions that I received

I received this card from AT&T as a refund of an overpayment. According to the paperwork I am able to go on line and request a paper check. I have been trying for over a month to do so. I keep receiving "We are not able to validate the information provided. Please try again later". Very frustrating considering that I am providing the correct information and when I call AT&T they say there is nothing than can do to help me. They had no problem overcharging me and taking my money in the first place, and now there is nothing They can do. This card is a joke.

Every time I call customer support they are asking me to wait for 48 hours and do literally nothing. Even worse, instead of unblocking financial features on my account they blocked it completely for no reason.

"Disappointment"
Have been robed t451 dollars vie western union. Even after advicing the wirecard to block any transaction through western Union, the bank stil went ahead to release the money. I cant believe this. I trief to communicate when i reslised this but no bofybcame to my aid. 4vdays down the line.

"Lack of information"
I can see from the rest of the reviews the issues are all the same with no solutions. My husband and I have this card from Biotest. We set up his account first, then when I started donating we set up my account. After each donation we transfer the money into our bank account. We have used the same account for 7 transfers. Then on the 8th transfer it says that I need to enter a correct routing number. The real reason is that now all of a sudden it no longer allows 2 cards to have the same bank account on file. No where on the site says this and even the "error" message gives no clue to this. When speaking with the representative and manager on the phone both said I have no idea how you were able to do this but left no explanation on why it says nothing of the sort on their site. Simple explanations on their web site could help alleviate any issue yet they would rather be vague and secretive. It's a shame that Biotest could not have picked a better company to work with.
