Horrible you can't even look at this card or you get charged a 1.50 there is no way to use it and be practical and they hide the fees.oh yes when u check ur balance online doesn't show up what a bunch of creeps .total garbage nobody should use these people they are getting away with legal theft.amd if you call it's allways terms and conditions they use for a shield .

This company and their manager Frank.M are an absolute joke.
We spent loads of money on software development to change key elements on our site in order to comply with their requirements.
Send documents to Germany and once everything was done they just stoped replying to our emails and messages via their site with no explanation.
I find that so unprofessional.
With business development managers like Frank.M you will go bust soon for sure.
I wish I had read all the reviews before contacting them.
They are an absolute joke!

Nach anfänglichen Problemen und langer Dauer bis die Überweisung gutgeschrieben wurde nun doch ein Happyend.
Für die Unannehmlichkeiten gab es einen äquivalenten Ausgleich, so dass durchaus eine Empfehlung ausgesprochen werden kann.

"I wish I could give a negative number…"
I wish I could give a negative number of stars. I received this card from ATT as a refund. I have activated it and have a PIN, but want to receive a paper check for the amount of the card. That is a legitimate option according to the paperwork from ATT. I have tried and tried to find out how to do that. My card is activated, but the website won't let it be registered. My number and security code are not recognized!!! I go around in circles. IF I WERE RICH, I"D FILE A law suit representing all the people who are being ripped off by WIRECARD and ATT!!!!!!!!

I haven't logged into my account for more than a year. I found out from a colleague that url changed. Apparently Citi prepaid was purchased by Wirecard. Nobody warned me about that.
So I forgot my password, tried to reset it usual way, but I got a message that I need to call them or write an email for resetting my security questions. First time ever happens this to me. So I wrote an email and waiting third day already wondering would they reply...

"They made me pay for stupid fees"
They made me pay for stupid fees for a card that i couldn't have access to. I was away for the military and i couldn't get the card right after i got out and they wouldnt refund me of the fees. The card was never even activated in the first place. They wont refund any fees. Worst card service ever

Wow! Never used a pre-paid card that took so much money. This is the most expensive, inconvenient card I've ever seen. Biolife centers are nicer than others but this card is a deal breaker!
You won't find my phone number linked because of all the fees associated with doing anything with this card. I'm sure Wirecard is familiar with their agreement with Biolife Plasma Donation Centers. I can check my balance for free on Biolife's website. Taking advantage of people with fewer resources and who are perceived to be desperate for money is not illegal or even a new idea. Still despicable.

This greedy company laughs at you while taking your money via unscrupulous and unexpected fees they hide from you in fine print in their rules. Who ever heard of a gift card charging you a monthly fee for not using the card??? So not only are they making interest on YOUR MONEY, but they actually take your money for doing that!!! When I called them, I spoke to a CSR and supposed supervisor, who were condescending, snarky, with laughing attitude.
I was planning to use this card for rare occasions or online purchases and was only concerned with the expiration date, not expecting any fees, similar to gift cards, etc. My card was a refund from T-Mobile. Companies who use this Wirecard must get a kickback of lower costs because it's expected many customers will not realize and have monthly fees stolen from them. I can not recommend or use this company again. People need to stand up to greedy banksters and file class actions lawsuits, as well as getting unfair fees outlawed federally.

"Absolutely ridiculous timeframe for resetting passwords"
For some reason it seems that their app was not working. I tried to login to my account and my password apparently was not working so I tried to reset it, I never did get an email stating what my password was, so in the meantime I get locked out, I called customer service and I’m informed it takes 24 to 48 hours to get a link with a temporary password, are you seriously kidding me? I have never had a card take this long to send out a temporary password. We can put a man on the moon but they did can’t send an email in a proper amount of time? Customer service could care less, I don’t even think they understood what I was saying.

The card that I had use to work fine until I check my balance and saw their was no money left I dont understand I had at least 1,000 in that card so I dont know if I was hacked because it is no longer valid
