"Fund transfer not received"

I automatically transfer my payroll to my wife's bank account , however it's been 5 days and she still hasn't received the fund , but the status in my account the transfer is completed.. i've sent email to the customer support and asked to wait for at least 72 hours ..seriously ?! Please resolve this issue

"This company is awful"

This company is awful. I got a letter saying my claim for an unauthorized charge was denied because once long ago i purchased something from Ebay. Now that i need my old card number to make a claim with ebay/paypal, Its been Nothing but the run around. I get told 1-2 business days and it's been 2 weeks. They have to email someone who obviously don't care to respond to help me. I can seem to understand why this bank is still a bank. But trust me at the rate they keep playing with the consumers they wont be around in the next 5 yrs. You Guys are doing such a awful job,its no way in heck you dont have phone numbers or extensions for ppl to help with certain matters. This is the worst company, and I can't understand how The City Of Philadelphia use them as a payroll bank. TRASH..

"boon.planet ist mein Portemonnaie 👛📱"

Ich bewerte boon und boon.planet.
Beides nutze ich mehrere Monate, boon.planet seit dem 2. Tag des Produktlaunches im Herbst 2019 und dies ist seitdem mein Portemonnaie. Ich zahle fast nur noch per Handy. Transfer zu Freunden klappt 1a, die App ist übersichtlich und funktioniert wunderbar. Die physische Karte ist schick und alles klappt - also auch Geld abheben am Automaten. Das braucht man jedoch höchstens mal im Ausland oder notfalls... ansonsten ist Bargeld unnötig. Boon.planet soll weitere nützliche Funktionen erhalten und ab 01.02.2020 gibt es 0.75% Zinsen bis 10.000 Guthaben. Also aussichtsreich, da geht noch einiges. Weiter so, es macht Spaß und ist ein cooles, modernes Konto.

"page doesnt work card doesnt work"

well i find it really hard to use the card since the page doesnt work 98% of the times and quite often i need to change the security number cause it just stops working

"activation!"

Honestly I cant believe how hard it is just to activate a card! Number on the sticker doesnt work. Number on the back of card doesn't work. I have already emailed social media email they ask you to and haven't gotten a response. It should be immediate to activate and use card.

Well I downloaded the app and no sooner that I downloaded I went to log in and it said unable to connect to network what the hell..... what's really going on meanwhile and why have a download of an app if it doesn't even work....

Called because a prepaid card issued to me as a refund had expired. Asked to get a new card with a new expiration date. The agent told me that there was no balance left because they had been collecting $3 a month in account maintenance fees. Really? What did they do to maintain this account? When I asked that, they explanation was that t-mobile issued the card and asked for the account maintenance fees. I wonder how much of this fee was a kickback to t-mobile.

I asked for the name of their legal representative so that I could take them to small claims court. Agent (Mary, agent 8464527) repeatedly refused to provide the name of their representative. Too bad that she doesn't know that she must provide a name by law.

What is the company afraid of? Do they know that they are such scammers that they refuse to provide the names of any of their officers?

Even in their response, the company still has not provided the names of any of their officers. According to their registration with Pennsylvania, Deirdre Ives is the company president and Seth F Brennan is the company vicepresident (sic). The address for both is Fl 72, Court Sq, Long Island City, NY 11101-4356. Why is the company afraid to confirm this?

i transfer a fund to my daughter at UK through a bank transfer on my card ,2days later i got to know my fund has been Reverse by the fait wire-card ,am very upset now i have called your company and i haven't gotten any good answer ..why was my money returned ......



Can I please transfer a fund from my wirecard to a foreign country bank account (UK) I wanted to is it possible because I did a transfer on 28th of December 2019 and my fund was refunded on 31st of December 2019 I didn’t till I checked my balance online before I got to know and I Didn’t get any email from you why my transfer was refund ...I need an answer to it

"This company is an absolute joke"

This company is an absolute joke. Was hacked for $440 and never got any of it back. All transactions we from other side of country, I have not left state in years. Claims were denied, appeal also because this company is terrible. Would not be the least bit surprised if the hack was coming from inside. If you have money on one of their cards, transfer asap. VERY disappointed.
