"Wirecard sucks"

Worst card ever. The monthly fees end up different every month even when has had same transaction. I think I should be able to choose if I want to have a card or not. Banks usually pay u to use ur money wirecard charges u for them to use ur money

"I am trying to access my balance from…"

I am trying to access my balance from my DIRECTV VISA Debit card. The Citibank site where my card was registered informed me the service had been sold to Wirecard and to reregister my card there. However, the Wirecard site does not recognize my card and tells me to contact Customer Service, but there is no contact information for CS to be found anywhere. I can't even find it just searching the web. Please contact me so I can register my card. Kent

"Boon für Android / Google Pay"

Da ich eine möglichkeit für die USA gesucht habe, um dort ohne gebühren mit Karte zu bezahlen, bin ich auf Boon gestoßen.

Benutze von Wirecard die "Boon" app für Google Pay. Super schnell
eingerichtet, easy mit nachladen von Kreditkarte. Hin und wieder coole Cashback Aktionen. Zudem einfach "Cool" mit dem Handy zu bezahlen an den Kassen. Sorgt immer wieder für erstaunte Blicke.
Kundenservice auch super gut zu erreichen (hatte nachfrage zwecks einem Cashback)

Hoffe in den USA wird das genauso funktionieren. :)

"Boon ist einfach genial !"

Boon ist einfach genial! Alles war Super schnell eingerichtet. Auch bei Swatch PAY war das installieren im Swatch Store richtig cool. Habe jetzt auch schon 2 mal ein Cashback erhalten . Ich bin echt begeistert!

"The Absolute WORST"

The absolute WORST ! Biggest rip-off prepaid card I have ever used and I've used quite a few. What kind of banking company "doesn't have a routing number". Such a joke, its comical.

Worst ever! They reject my transactions for no reason

"185$ fraudulent charges"

185$ fraudulent charges. First charge on 9.24.19 and last on 10.26.19. Reported all charges on same date with their service department. Completed full signed forms they sent including each charge date/amount.
They send me a letter denying claim but didnt include charge disputed 9.24.19. Talked to most rude individual named John who stated he would send out second letter why it was denied. Letter arrived and again didnt list the 9.24.19 charge as being disputed and reason for denial is there was a charge from 9.24.19 that shows I had established relationship with merchant. Spoken to many representatives since and they all get it must be a input error. Called this morning as instructed and again got customer friendly John who gives no more information but says denied and cant help. This is a major issue and must be resolved.

"Wirecard is trash"

This company is despicable. It takes forever to activate your card, just to find out that transferring money to another account is impossible. I login to the website to access my $, click on the transfer funds option, only to be kicked from the website immediately. Disgusting business practice.

"POA account"

I have Power of Attorney for the payee after AT&T sent me a "Revised Final Bill" showing a refund of $18.60 was due, together with an AT&T debit card for the refund. I have received and paid the AT&T bills for months. I requested a paper check payable to the payee because the bank cannot process the card to deposit the $18.60 in their POA account, The card cannot even buy the payee some chocolates at the local drug store. Wirecard wants me to sent them a copy of the POA authority! Sure, it will be promptly processed. It probably would be easier to sue in Small Claims.

"Horrible service"

Horrible service. Can't ever talk to a real person. I received a prepaid master card & no one will take it. All I want is a paper check
