I received a Wirecard on a rebate promotion and only had a short time to use it. I could not get the card to activate and when I finally got ahold of customer service they told me my balance is zero. I never even got a chance to activate my card.

"I received a promotional card for…"
I received a promotional card for 15.00. I went to use it and was told it would not go through. I was not told there was an expiration date and that I only hada short time to use it. Called and when I finally got through to someone they said couldn't be used because it had expired. Shame, shame. Did not have the card long.

"This company is an absolute ripoff"
This company is an absolute ripoff. I received a refund card from Verizon that was for a 131 dollars. I used 110.45 cents but now the card says the balance is zero. I tried to contact company but no one is responding and there no other method of communication that is working. I lost 20.55 cents due to their incompetence. Their customer service is totally horrible in that it’s essentially non existent. If I could give less than one star, I would.

"I went with Carrier for my new furnace…"
I went with Carrier for my new furnace because they promised to send me an $800 rebate card. Well, I got the card, but when on went on the Wirecard site to register my card, it showed that no such card existed. I then tried calling the 888 number on the card - it's telling me that that number doesn't exist. I then tried calling the 800 on the back of the card and in the paperwork, I'm also being told that that number doesn't exist!!!!! And, since comedy comes in three's, after reaching out via email, the number they told me to call in the email DOESN'T EXIST!!!!! I've been taken for a ride and boy, am I not happy about this!!! Wirecard - if you actually exist, what is your customer service number that is active?!?!?!?

"Very bad experience…"
Our company has very bad experience with Wirecard. For 2 months they were sending authorization to Shopify and they havent collected the money from the customers. So, we did sales without money collection because of Wirecards error. 2 months we were receiveing only ticket number and none replied for real. Very bad customer service. At the end, when we want to cancel the agreement, they dont allow us. We should stick to Wirecard for another 12 months, although we dont use their services anymore because they have one year prenotice period. I dont recommend Wirecard services to anyone.

"I never got it to work"
I never got it to work. They were supposed to provide a $45 rebate and only provided a $15 rebate, they sent the card to the wrong address, and customer service never activated the card after I called them to activate it. Scam and a horrible waste.

Use it or Loose it.
I remembered having some money to my t-mobile mastercard, whenever I've tried to transfer my money to my bank account every time, it got deducted from my card and reversed back to my card after few days. today when I tried using my card it could not validated as my card balance was 0 and all money got debited as the maintenance fee. where my card is still valid for further use.
While checking with the customer care, they said it is as per the terms and condition, and they do not have access to that. I requested them to send the terms and condition to my email, but they denied having it and asked me to check the terms and condition mail I've received approximated 1.5 years back along with my card.

"Absolutely dreadful"
Absolutely dreadful. My company pays my salary to this debit card and is is absolutely useless. The card blocks transactions approximately 50% of the time and then it takes 72 hours for them to unblock it and so you can't have access to your salary. Completely unfit for purpose.

I really enjoyed being able to use the mobile app but it's been a couple of weeks now and I still can't connect msg says network unavailable I'm just glad this isn't my primary account I don't know who's in charge of the IT department but they might need to try a little harder
