"A SCAM? I've had terrible experience with ATT, now this Wirecard scam?"
ATT took 2+ months to send me my refund, and it showed up in the form of this unwanted prepaid Wirecard. I was able to activate the card and transfer the full balance to my bank account, but now I want to cancel the card and there is no way to do it. According to some fine print on the wirecard website, one need only call the customer service number on the back of the card. Well, I've called more than 30 times now and it appears to be inactive or defective. There is NO ONE on the end of the line, no customer service, nothing. Has anyone else had this problem, too? Should I contact my state's attorney general?

Bei solchen Aussagen in Bezug auf einen vernichtenden, noch dazu selbst beauftragten Bericht nicht ernst zu nehmen.
Für alle nicht Investierten sei gesagt, dass dieser Bericht zu Wirecards dubiosen Praktiken den Unternehmenswert innerhalb weniger Stunden um über 30 Prozent reduziert hat. Anleger haben Vermögen verloren.
Jeder, der weiterhin in diese Klitsche investiert / Kunde ist oder mit ihr zusammenarbeitet, sollte dies schleunigst überdenken.

I can't really review this card as I have no idea how to use it. I activated it ok. Don't know where I can use it or how. I tried to use it at a gas station and it was rejected. Do I use it as a credit card or a debit card? Do I scan the card or insert the card in the reader? Can't really find simple, direct directions.

"I have tried numerous times to activate…"
I have tried numerous times to activate this card on line. It keeps giving me an error message. I then thought that possibly I had already activated it and have tried to use it at Target and two other grocery stores. It is declined each time

Upgrading by 2 stars because I was finally able to activate my card and use it -- still had problems with the pre-recorded system acknowledging the things I was entering on my phone keypad to activate the card. No clue as to why it finally worked. As mentioned in my original review below, it would give me 3 chances to enter my card # -- this time, the first time it failed, and the second time it worked (on the same call). I got error messages again when creating my pin #, but it got it on the second try. Nerve-racking. That's why I went and used the card immediately. The problem here is the lack of customer service -- literally no option to talk to a real person.
Scam? Waited 2 months for ATT refund and when it finally came, it was a prepaid Mastercard debit card from this company. I can't activate it -- when I enter the card number using the 1800 number provided for activation, the recorded prompts repeatedly say my input is "not understood". After 3 attempts it hangs up and there are no options to talk to an actual person. Tried the website and via text as well but you can't do a thing if you can't activate in the first place. I need this refund to pay another bill. I don't know who to be more upset with, ATT, or Wirecard.

Just got my wire card and was unable to activate. I went on the website and it kept telling me there was a problem, after entering by acct. number and the security code several times. still unable to activate the card and get a pin. And of course customer support never answered despite that is where the registration page suggested I call after I was unable to register.

If I could I would give this company 0 stars. I have repeatedly attempted to contact regarding my.refund from AEP none of the numbers work I says.please wait and then hangs up I have been waiting on my refund for nearly 2 months. This is poor business.

I’m desperated. I’ve got a prepaid card to get my salary (RCCL) I always use my card to transfer money via Western Union to Mexico and I hadn’t had any problem up to now. I’m on vacations back home (Mexico) and I can’t use my Wirecard anymore. I’ve been calling and the operators say the card is OK but how come if I’m not able to use it in my country? I’m getting tired because I don’t have any satisfying answer.

I work in the cruise ship industry, so with the current situations i have been sent to my home country, i have tried to access my account and have been locked out again, this has happened every time i have returned home to my home country. i have tried calling and the numbers say they are disconnected i have sent numerous emails and just get automatized responses. i understand the high amount of calls and emails and low staffing numbers but i would like the support we ask for i have waited over two weeks for a response and still nothing.

Impossible to enter website/impossible to think that ATT chose to refund my cash/advance payment with this trashy substitute/get real, ATT, join the business world and treat your customers fairly!
