Ich habe eine Sofortüberweisung an ein Unternehmen getätigt,dieses Geld hat die Wirecard Bank einbehalten und nicht an den Händler weitergeleitet,jetzt renne ich meinem Geld hinterher,für mich ist das Unterschlagung meines Geldes!!!

I did have same issue like many of us. Customer support resolve it in 2 days. Call them, talk to them, dont send email.
So far I can not say anything bad about Wirecard.

"I hate wired card"

I hate wired card. The hospital I work at automatically puts my paycheck on the card. I can never log in to check my account because the stupid letters for the Captcha I have to type in are never correct. I can never check my available funds ever. I make purchases online with the card and the get rejected or not processed by Wired-Card. I owe the college I attend (fscj) monies because the card didn't process my payment and they have turned my dues over to a collection agency. It is ultimately ridiculous that I work as hard as I do and can't spend my money anywhere except the local grocery store. I can only take $250.00 out of the ATM at a time so then I have to pay multiple ATM fees to get all my money. I highly recommend to all employers and anyone else looking for a prepaid to in order to get paid your check to look else where. (BlueBird by American Express from WalMart is Awesome no issues.) Once CitiPrePaid sold to WiredCard it all went to hell. I can''t even call anyone. The number on the card just rings. WORST CARD COMPANY EVER. And I am the most disgruntled and unsatisfied customer ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And you can't change my Mind. I will be bringing my new direct deposit information to the hospital for my new BlueBird tomorrow as soon as I get in the building. I suggest that all of my purchases get processed asap or I will contact the BBB about the miss-management and control of my funds.

"Overseas Call Center - Horrible"

Had issues logging in to access a rebate from T-Mobile. Got transferred from T-Mobile's customer service to some noisy overseas call center with a terrible connection and a severe delay. The rep couldnt understand my name even after spelling it repeatedly phonetically a couple different ways (military a few times, common first names a few times). No success. She just couldn't understand my very common, American name. Asked to be transferred to someone else, she put me in contact with a supervisor who could speak better english, but he also could not pull up my account information. Finally hit a point where he refused to help me and I just had to hang up. Shame on T-Mobile for using this company.

"Refund from Frontier communications"

Refund from Frontier communications, no check, but a mastercard credit/debit card for 41.03. This is a royal pain getting a card instead of refund check. I called Wirecard on July 1st, was told they would email a form to be filled out with our bank acct cancelled check to be mailed back to Wirecard so the funds would be deposited into our checking. It has been three days and no email from WireCard. I called again today July 3rd and was rudely told they cannot disscuss it with me as the name on the account is my husband. This is not acceptable and WireCard is down right awful to deal with. Finally received the form to transfer refund monies from Mastercard credit/debit card to our bank checking acct. Will now see how long it takes Wirecard to transfer the money. It is still my stance that WireCard is a rotten company. Using WireCard was not my choice, Frontier communications uses them for customer refunds what a poor choice on their part. It was not my choice to use WireCard. Sick and tired of such poor service.

"Contacted Customer Service Twice"

I have contacted wirecard twice now about being unable to access my account online. When I try to access it a pop up page comes up saying it is unable to verify my access permission. Customer service has escaped my issue to management twice and I have not heard back nor have I been able to login. I need to transfer my funds to my bank account and not being able to access my own money is ridiculous.

"Nightmare"

3 weeks I am not able to access to my online account. At the beginning from some device yes, and from some other not, and starting 3 weeks ago no more at all. Customer service keep saying to wait 24-48 and nothing have been solved (3 weeks).
Have to send money home to my family, and suddenly with correct data I cannot access anymore.
Cannot wait to bring away my Money to somewhere else (if I Will be able to access without using a lawyer).

"I had fraudulent transactions two times…"

I had fraudulent transactions two times in a row, bigger than $900, my account was blocked and already three months I am waiting for email with new account. I see fraudulent transactions is normal in this company, looks like it is doing it for purpose. I will call again, but better to write official letter and fight for taking their license out. It is not normal to have fraudulent transaction, reply standard phrases saying that they sent request to someone I cannot reach and give no guarantees at all.

"A scam"

I called to activate the card. The computer said I had to talk to a rep. I was transferred and after a short hold I was connected. The rep wanted my personal information. I refused. I will NOT give my personal information to a 3rd party that I did not ask to do business with in the first place! I was told by Spectrum that I could request a paper check and was given instructions how to do so. The website refused any credentials from me or the card. Even Spectrum's customer service rep admitted this company has been nothing but problems for them. 91% give the worst possible rating as I write this. Nothing but shameless scammers.

"Worst company...."

Worst company..... I was refunded money I overpaid to Verizon FiOS and they used wirecard to give me the money back. I let the card sit for a while because it was just money to have when I wanted it and come to find out they charge $6 a month maintenance fee. What a bunch of crap. Card was eaten down to almost nothing. And shame on Verizon and Directv for using this garbage overseas company to refund money!!!
