"1 star is too much"

1 star is too much. Was told by charter I can only be issued my credit balance from this company and it's been a nightmare. Been waiting 4 months now for my card and called several times to wire card and each time they say they reissued the card but it never comes. Was told they will expedite and waive the fee for me to receive my own money, but there's no tracking number. Interesting.... what a joke company.

"I was issued a promotional rebate card…"

I was issued a promotional rebate card and the card had expired by 30 days. They were unwilling to reissue the card nor provide me with any partial refund of my money. They simply stated, "That is the agreement we made with the company working with us.

Basically, they are solely interested in profit and not making things right for customers. If you are a company thinking of working with Wirecard, please reconsider.

"It has been 6 months and I am still…"

It has been 6 months and I am still waiting for my 250 to be given back. They knew it was fraudulent transaction as it was in another state and they actually called me to help cancel card. I have called several times and nothing has been done.

"Wirecard blocking money transfers"

Wirecard are blocking me from using a another money transfer service, trying to force me to use Western Union. Wirecard tell me Western Union are their only aproved money transfer service. I informed Wirecard that i do not authorize them to block my card for these transactions. This must be against the law?

"No problems"

Received a wirecard from Spectrum for an account refund. Transferred funds to my bank account instead of using the card. Funds were in my bank account within two days. No problems whatsoever.

"Poor Business Practices"

Made a purchase in November 2018 for a product at pepboys. They provided a document to receive a $10 visa gift card back from Wirecard. Turns out the envelope was never received by us and was under a neighbor's ivy. They provided it to me today. Wirecard says it is invalid and expired by in February. The amount of money is not relevant. Bad customer service. The product was never registered and they refused a replacement. TERRIBLE.

"Probably the worst company I have ever…"

Probably the worst company I have ever dealt with. Very obvious fraud claim gets denied, even when I have proof of fraudulent activity and show how their reasoning for the denial was absolutely invalid and has no concrete evidence to back it up.

I had over $2k taken out of my card in 10 days. Most transactions were from Tom Thumb and Kroger. They claim that I frequented those stores 37 times since 2015.

Ok, but I had 27 fraudulent transactions at those stores in 10 days! How can you compare 37 transactions in 4 years to 27 transactions in 10 days?? Makes no sense. Heck, 10 out of the 27 fraudulent transactions were on the SAME day at different parts of the metro-plex, some for the same amount ALL while I'm AT WORK!!

There is even more reasoning, but what's the point? No one calls me back, I have emailed and now I get no response. All I get is the same letter with the same reasoning for denial. I have a ton of other people that work with me that have gone through the same issue.

I will be going to the news and every outlet possible with this because I work too hard for $2k+ to be stolen and for them to give me some weak excuse as to why they denied everything. I have given them plenty of opportunities to fix this and work with me, but have gotten absolutely nothing.

"Wirecards Fraud Cover Up"

One month ago tomorrow Wirecard promised to come back to me....... I provided my contact details, alas no co-operation, they are still covering up the fraud committed by its customer. Their customer committed a £3,000 fraud against an NHS Medical Practice, they should be ashamed of themselves for covering up the fraud. I have contacted Markus Braun the CEO of Wirecard too for help in Wirecards failure to return monies fraudulently obtained by its customer. Once again Wirecard do not help innocent victims but cover up the perpetrators of crime.

Star rating is not 1. Star rating is much less then 1.
This nightmare started with Brighthouse/Charter/Spectrum - whichever name you want to use this week. They owed me credit and send it to these people instead of giving me credit on my account or writing a check. The debit card work till I got down to a small balance. Took me 5 phones calls being lied to and still no help or nothing was ever done. Finally called Brighthouse/Charter/Spectrum and ask can you please put this credit onto my account so I can get what is coming to me. I will have to say I did get a lady that was helpful and did fix the matter(as of today/time will tell). She should not be working for Brighthouse/Charter/Spectrum)she was too good. Anyway those card folks you can't understand most of them and they didn't do anything. Took me 5months to clear this up so far. Let's see what happens when my next statement comes in.

"Have tried numerous times to register…"

Have tried numerous times to register my card to check my balance and each time I receive a message stating my information cannot be validated. How is that possible when I am entering exactly what is on the card. And yes, I've checked for typing errors and there were none. So not only can I not access my money, I can't even register the card to check my balance.
