Probably the sketchiest company I have ever encountered. I'm having the same issue with another review posted below. Wirecard "supposedly" sent out 3 cards that were not delivered to my address. Each time I requested one I am to wait 7-10 days. It's been 3 months, and I still have not received my card. No tracking number is available. Basically my funds are locked up somewhere in the clouds, and I'm probably not likely to ever receive it.

"Non-existent customer support and bad systems"
My partner has received her income for a contract she did via a Wirecard (quite a large company that seems to do this as standard). For a number of weeks, the login to the card has not been working (for no apparent reason, as it has worked previously). We've had an ongoing email thread with them as they push us from department to department with no help - waiting many days in between responses from Wirecard. The latest email requested that we try logging in on a different web browser... needless to say we have already tried this and it makes no difference.
How can a bank prevent access to your funds for over a month without showing any sense of urgency?

"If i could give zero stars I would"
If i could give zero stars I would. I have a refund card I can't activate. Everytime i call the number on the sticker, all I get are ads with no option to activate the card. Then i get a message saying the number has changed, but when i call that, gues what, more ads. I try calling the customer service number on the back of the card and it immediately hangs up. So...I can't even access my own money. Whoever thought this was an efficient way to issue refunds needs to be fired.

Company had sent out 2 cards that were not delivered to my address, each time I contacted them, they sent a new one, not asking if the address was correct....3rd time I requested for fed ex/UPS delivery,I was told that it was a 25$ fee for doing so and I would get guaranteed delivery in 4 days arriving on 4/25/2019.I requested a tracking number and they informed me that I would have to call on the 25th to get it, I called and they couldn't give me the number and they told me that I would get it via phone in 24hrs, I called the next day and to get the tracking number, I never got it....I again escalated to a corporate representative that told me that the card was never sent out and I wouldn't get it till Mon or Tues....I explained that the 5 different people that I had spoke with before had guaranteed me delivery.....he told me I requested to speak to his manager 5 times and he refused stating that he was as high as I was going to get.....I then asked him if the card was processed and he told me no, that I wouldn't get the card for another 4 days,then hung up on me......called back twice more and finally I got someone who gave me a little information, but still not anything that I needed.....All I am looking for is a tracking # that I still cant get from them...This company is a farce, I cant get a tracking number or even confirm that the card was issued again!!!!!

"A so-so service overall"
A so-so service overall. Since Citi sold their Prepaid Business to Wirecard I couldn’t log in for few times, I then lost my card, and it took about a week to get a new one.

"Kreditkartenbetrug"
Anruf gestern bei der Wirecard in München, teilte der Mitarbeiterin mit, dass ich mit jemanden sprechen möchte der sich um Betrugsdelikte kümmert. Mein Konto (nicht bei Wirecard) wurde an Ostern gehackt und es wurden Zahlungen eingefordert bzw. Überweisungen sofort an ein mir unbekanntes Kreditkartenkonto von Wirecard weiter geleitet. Mitarbeiterin völlig gelangweilt riet zu einer Anzeige gegen unbekannt. Erst als ich etwas massiver wurde, da es ja eigentlich in Interesse von Wirecard sein müsste, betrügerische Karten von Wirecard sofort zu sperren, versprach sie mir einen Anruf weniger Stunden, dieser ist natürlich nicht erfolgt.
Unfassbar.....Gott sei Dank hat mein Dienstleistungsunternehmen gut reagiert und meine Hausbank, bzw meine Kreditkartenfirmen sofort alles gesperrt. Ich bin immer noch leicht sprachlos....Fazit, mit dieser Bank möchte ich nichts zu tun haben....

"My card is based in Abu Dhabi"
My card is based in Abu Dhabi. It got locked 2 weeks ago and I had to open it again. This week, it stopped working on ATM machines, tried at least 8-9 of them to make sure it was not an ATM fault. Called Wirecard service to resolve the issue, not only they failed to help in any way and wasted time, my card now completely got locked one hour after the call. Terrible service, totally unreliable, never use it.

Wow, what a [Trustpilot name me remove this descriptive word]! I paid off my car loan Santandar Consumer and had an overpayment. I get this Chrysler Capital Refund Card in the mail. Why I didn't just get a check is beyond me. I activate the card so I can register it online and request the funds be transferred to my bank account. There i no way I was going to use this stupid card! Turns out in order to get the money off you card, you have to make a purchase for the EXACT AMOUNT IF YOUR CARD BALANCE! I spend at least 40 minutes trying to register the card. Wouldn't register. I called their customer service #. NO HELP WHAT SO EVER! Keep in mind I never signed up for this! This stupid crd was forced on me by Santander. I also discovered that if you don't use your balance within 30 days, THEY CHARGE YOU A SERVICE FEE!!!!! Seriously! My balance is $10.62. Here is where they make their money: People charge an amount close the the balance. Whatever is left over stays on the card and then they zing you with a service fee. What a sham. If you get one of these cards - DEMAND THEY MAIL YOU YOUR MONEY!!!!! DO NOT keep the card.

"Absolutely stupid"
I recently got a new card after my old one expired. I sent an email asking if getting the new card would affect my direct deposit, routing number. They responded by saying that i should have gotten my card and they will send me a new one. REALLY?! I never once said that i didnt get the new card, in fact i clearly said that i DID get it. I simply asked if my routing number would change, and they didnt even answer that question. So they cancelled my current active card, cutting me off from accessing my money. Now i have to wait 5 days for a new card that i didn't ask for, while being completely broke. Now i have no food or gas. No way to get to work, pay my phone bill, car payment or rent. I might even lose my job. Don't bother emailing them questions, they clearly cant read.
