Actually I would choose ZERO stars if it allowed us to still submit a review. This is the biggest scam of a company that I have ever dealt with. I tried going online to set up the account and jump through their hoops, but it continued to REJECT the email address. I contacted our HR Dept. and she called Wirecard and then sent me an email saying she spoke with them and made sure they had the correct email address. When I tried again the email was still REJECTED. The number on the back of the card is pointless, they are NOT customer service. They want you to sent information that would allow their "representatives" to steal your identity. If they can't get an email address correct, why would I send them a copy of my government issued ID. Looking at all the other reviews and the 93% BAD rating they have---it's no wonder I am having such a headache.

OMG!!!! What a hassle to get my own money back. Instead of sending me a check Spectrum sent me this awful card. First I had to activate it. Then I had to locate their web psge online to create an account. This was no easy task as they kept rejecting my name and passwords attemps about 10 minutes to complete. Then I had to wade through where I could request a transfer to my bank. ALL for my own money. What a crock. Why? There has to be some hidden gimick.

WHERE IS MY $8,000??? WIRECARD CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE!!! CLOSED MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT ANY NOTICE! NOW HAS BEEN 10 DAYS WITH NO MONEY AND NO HELP FROM WIRECARD!!! I NEED TO EAT AND PAY BILLS!!! ABSOLUTE JOKE!!

Can you please help me why I cannot log in to my account. It always say "we cannot validate the information provided" what's wrong with it?

I cant login to my account. I've called customer service more then 3 times. They tell me what to do and it doesn't work. I have not received my card, and by reading these reviews I'm worried it wont work. I was suppose to get this card through T-MOBILE. If I do not get the money I was promised, I am holding them responsible and well gather other that have had the same issues. Its called CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT! I better get my money...

THE WORST CARD AND CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPT IVE EVER TALKED TO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THEY LET SOMEONE IN ANOTHER COUNTRY STEAL OVER 10k FROM MY ACCOUNT BY SIMPLY KNOWING MY NAME?!!!!!!! THEN ITS STILL TAKING ME OVER 5 MONTHS TO GET IT BACK EVEN THO THEY ADMITTED FRAUD!!! PLEASE DONT EVER USE THEM FOR ANYTHING!!!

"Worse customer service ever"

I had two rebate cards from T-mobile issued through Wirecard. Their customer service representatives or horrendous. Every time I call to try and resolve my issue I get a different answer from each person I spoke with. After waiting over a month to follow up on the fraud from I sent in they claimed they never received it. Even though my fax says that it was sent through successfully. These people are just making all the excuse possible so that they don't have to give you back your money.

mu account is with u account not wirecard they are saying they use a third party for refunds which is yourself and have opened a query over a week ago and had no update it's 1800 a lot of money I need answers
