"Stolen Funds!!! No resolution!!!"
I work for a car dealership in Huntsville, AL. Recently my card was hacked and $480 was stolen. The card was used in places I don't live. There were 4 transactions in Arizona and another 3 transactions in Texas within a few days of each other. After discovering the fraudulent charges I reported them right away. Wirecard customer service sent me a dispute form to which I filled out and sent in all evidence showing where I did not make these charges. After 2 months of waiting, I received a letter from Wirecard stating I was responsible for the charges and that my claim was denied. Wow!!! Really, this is absolutely unacceptable. So now I am supposed to just eat $480 because you have horrible security on these cards. Thanks a lot for nothing. If you get money on this card as a result of a perk for business transfer all your funds to your bank account each time it gets loaded because you will not get the help you deserve from this shady company that cares nothing for the very clients that keep them in business. This company is a Joke!!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! It is fraudulent.
Resale my MacBook through APPLE website which used PHOBIO resale and credited me with $495. I thought safer to use their offer of credit to Wirecard VirtualRewardCentre.com since I would be travelling away from home on 22 Sept 2018.
Returned in December to find Credit had in fact been 'reversed' the same day! VirtualRewardCenter/Wirecard sent me email to confirm that "we have verified that your Reward expired prematurely."
7th January 2019 Received email from same department "A Replacement Reward email has been sent to you".
NONE EVER RECEIVED after sifting through all Junk and Trash boxes. Subsequent 8 telephone and 8 emails with the SAME ANSWER to fob customers off : " we do not have any information and we shall contact you within 2-5 working days. We can give you the email address of the manager".
NO REPLY, NO NEWS & they still owe me $495.

Just now got a reply from Wirecard asking me for my phone number to discuss the matter. I had supplied that information to their Customer Service in all our telephone and email correspondence since 28 December 2018. See what I mean?!?

Forgot to check the expire date on the card. Now that its past they said cant do anything about it. Card was never used, would understand if they charged a reissue fee. They check all your information then tell you, nothing can be done. WOW !! Lots of help....will remember this experience.

Never used this company they let people steal your money and they don’t even have the decency to communicate with you about fraudulent claims. Can’t speak to anyone in the fraud department to provide evidence supporting my claim. They had my paycard deliver and left at my front door without a signature... needless to say they blamed me for my card being stolen... this company is a joke.

I got a prepaid card from work and pulled it out today to make a payment having never used it before and it expired 11 days ago. The full $250 has been wasted. Thinking ok, maybe they will deduct a reinstatement fee and let me use part of the balance, I contacted wirecard. Well, NOT, my money just poof evaporated when the clock struck midnight 11 days ago. I will be letting our HR office know NOT to use this company's cards again. I will also be letting everyone else I know and asking them to share the word on this company's awful customer service. I wish someone had done some research before passing these out!

Card got Hacked form the Wirecard.com site, for Octapharma Plasma center of how we receive our payments for donating Plasma reported the card stolen and where the transactions came from, 500 miles away from where I Live on December 14th, January 7 still no card and all of my funds are locked up in the card, so I call to have the new card cancelled and is told by a Indian girl who can barely speak English that the new card will take 7 to 10 more business days and telling me it takes 10 to 14 days for a letter to come from across town from the bank that,s going to issue the card, this is just insulting to say the lease of wirecard and the outsourced customer service, but I really feel, that they never mail no card at all and lets not speak of the money that was hacked from there system off of my card, this is unacceptable.

"Transfer of funds to bank account does not work."
Received a refund from my cable company via wirecard. Followed instructions to activate and went to website on back of the card to make a transfer to my bank account. Never showed up and contacted wirecard by email. Said they would send new card. Attempted to again to transfer but now the website came up "empty page" Got a phone number from this blog and finally reached CSR. Was told to contact my bank because they didn't accept transfer. Was told the reason the website didn't work is because I already initiated transfer. Kind of a problem with a bank card product when one of the largest banks in the Country, US Bank would not accept. And all along the way no explanation of why it didn't work and then a lot of detective work to contact a live person.
