Before when was citibank never happened, now that unfortunately is wirecard yes! I'm on vacation since 3 days and already my card was blocked. They don't even send one email saying hey your card was blocked, just like nothing happen! So now what I ve suppose to do since I have money on my account and expiring in 2021?!

The Card didn't work at few ocations, when I finally got a chance to call so called costumer service I learned that the full balance still there but I wont be able to use it as card expired....and there is No way to claim funds; this company should not be allowed to do business in USA!!

"Worst ever customer service"
I got a $6 card from Wirecard as a rebate from my purchase of Peak anti-freeze. I tried to activate the card and was frustrated time and again in trying to do so. The automated system rattled off a PIN number before I was ready to write it down and when I tried to have the system repeat the PIN, I was disconnected. I did a Google search for customer service phone numbers and ended up with 5 different ones. None of them could help me confirm my PIN and no one knew how I might try it out to see if it were valid or not. The upshot of my spending an hour for a $6 credit was that I should take the card to a familiar merchant. Then try to use it as a credit, not debit card. If the purchase were to be more than $6, I would have to pay the difference in cash or with another card first, then swipe this card. I have doubts this will work and have concern about the embarrassment I might endure as a result. But that seems like the only way to go. Meanwhile, I'm cautioning anyone who tries to use a wirecard to be ready for a PIN number when you call to activate the card and write the PIN down immediately. Otherwise, you may have to spend over an hour trying to get the card activated, like I did, or just give up and throw the card away.

"Wish No Stars was an Option"
I buy a lot of electronics equipment and there are always mail in rebates. I typically get cards from another rebate provider where they either do not expire or have a full year to use them. I got these in the mail and deducting the 8 weeks between the email of my 'claim was accepted' and getting these cards apparently I had only 4 months to use these.
I called in to see if the cards could be activated or reissued and the answer was that all the money is forfeit. So that is one awesome business model. Issue cards with little to no time to use them and then keep all the money when they are not used in that short time. This is a whole new level of BS and theft.
I basically have only one recourse, and that is to pressure the company that uses this horrible company to switch to another rebate card provider. I plan to post on every one of their products across multiple websites warning potential customers about this rebate scam. Hopefully the electronics company wises up and switches to a more honest card company.

If I could rate them 0 I would. I partake in plasma donations and had a card compromised. They cancelled it and failed to notify me for a week. Representative told me she filed a claim and that was that. I got a new card, donated and went to use my card to only find out there was never a claim filed and the negative balance took almost my entire donation deposit. They're incompetent at the call center and managers can't handle anything. I'm out $ for the dreaded 90 days it takes their butts to do their jobs. How many people are you screwing over to need 90 days? Also Tiffany from call center is a complete tool and useless (emp#8171397). She said it was a confirmed fraud but then backtracked all the way out. Hate these people.

Received a debit card as refund for Directv overpayment. It is still 9 months until it expires but wirecard has stolen most of it already with excessive so called maintenance fees that I NEVER agreed to or signed for. Granted the original balance was only $41 but $3 per month fees are a huge percentage.DON'T EVER USE THIS CARD SERVICE. There are so many more cards out there that won't steal your money. Most all of them only charge a small initial fee or are entitled to keep the funds AFTER the expiration date. TOTAL SCAM here!!!! I will be contacting Directv as well for using this system. Who knows, maybe they are colluding together on this....

"Terrible service"
Terrible service. My card got blocked more than 4 times in 1 months simply because I was traveling (I informed them in advance). The last time my card wasn't working at any ATM, they charged me a fee for a new card and wrote another generic email saying that it's all ATM's fault. What a nonsense.
My card is registered in Abu Dhabi. I received many calls and all customer service did was try to persuade me that it is an ATMs fault. Guess all ATMs in Abu Dhabi stopped working all of a sudden. I know of 6 more people who are experiencing the same trouble at my workplace. I am traveling in 5 days and have 0 money on me. Is it possible to transfer my balance to another bank account? I wrote an email asking but they never replied. The least you can do is give me my balance back so I can at least pay for cab to the airport.
