"Stress Nightmare"

It worked for the first few weeks even though I continually got locked out of my account and had to call and get it unlocked. But eight days ago I used an international atm at a Chinese restaurant that only took cash, after that suddenly when I called when I was trying to buy great and I was only able to use $34 which was a lot less than what my account said and what I was 100% sure of what I had, I got paid today, got gas, fast food, and tried to buy groceries and suddenly it doesn’t go through, I call...and $16 is what the phone and customer service person is telling me what I have! This is absolutely ridiculous!! I can’t even buy necessities or food from the store! The person I called told me that some business charge twice until the transaction was no longer pending, every was so poorly explained and when I logged into my transactions the numbers didn’t make sense. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE, I work at a Disney store and was using this service until I got a bank since I had just recently moved to a new state and needed to find a new one. This is the worst money experience I’ve ever had.

"Garbage"

Garbage. Had 4 mo to use a stupid Promotional card as part of a rebate and could not use it when I last tried. Now of course its expired and the only item in the usage history is the total charge being taken out as an expiration fee. What a load of crap!

"So I have my card now and wanted to transfer my funds"

So I have my card now and wanted to transfer the fund to my bank account because it costs .50 to use the card each time for any reason so Upon getting to their site wirecard/grifols to log in... there isn't a way to register... only to log in. So I asked to get my password changed and it said it sent me an email? I have never registered with them.. So I called them and honestly I had to ask what the person was saying 4-5 times per sentence because of the ridiculous indian accent. After all was done I gave him my email address for him to send the email to mine so I can regester or "reset my password" for an account I never created but is attached to my card number. Well its been 11 days and still no email. Card is overpriced per transaction, I know exactly how much it costs to run numbers, site is absolutely no help, Seems someone already has access to my account and information to my card number, and any company making their supporters talk to Indians you cant understand but hey...they gotta pinch every penny YOU give them so they can stab you with indian support channels. Either way I tried to locate their support number again and they have scrubbed it from the internet it seems. Absolutely no route to contact a human from support # on card or online. I don't get it.. Customers build the establishment with our support and money but they kinda don't care because I imagine they know plenty more will put up with it :(

Edit: didn't even think of it, Says the card is issued by Sunrise Banks. -_- why don't I think of things Maybe they can help.

"Overcharging thefs"

Takes money to run the card like 50 cents just to use it.cost to check balance on the card(same)and the website is free but if not functional then hard to use of usable at all.take the money of the card soon as money is on it..these ppl are criminals and will charge you for looking at it if thay could.

"Way to stick it to the elderly!!!"

My mom received a debit card as her refund for Directv overpayment after she canceled her service and moved to a senior living community.
Found this in her wallet to check the balance and see 4 - $3 maintenance fee removed for each month starting July '18. Perhaps this was in the fine print with the paperwork sent with the card? Seriously not sure who to be more disappointed in... Directv for not just refunding my mom for the overage or Wirecard for deducting a fee monthly for no work. I receive rebate cards all the time that do not have maintenance fees so don't try to justify them.
After reading comments I also wonder what other fees are going to be assessed when using this card?
Way to stick it to the elderly!!! Who already living on limited incomes.

"They say they haven't received money…"

They say they haven't received money from Goodyear/Dunlop. After two months I don't beleive them. Department of Justice is my next call, well my wife: she worked there.

"Nearly Impossible to use - will contact Goodyear Tires Inc"

Have (2) pre-paid wirecards - virtually impossible to use. Got them for buying over $1500 tires at Goodyear. Tried to login to 'wirecard' account - invalid login credentials; used wirecard 'Contact' button on their website - takes you to a page to signup to a wirecard.

I will be contacting Goodyear to express my total lack of satisfaction with these "pre-paid" cards.

City/state is Purcellville/Virginia

I did not use-up my cards; there was difficulty using them prior to the expiration date; that is the issue; basically I had (2) $80 cards and was only able to use a small amount on one card prior to the expiration dates.

"Tds turned funds over to Wirecard from…"

Tds turned funds over to Wirecard from my mothers estate. It took 3 months to get it back. I hate to guess how many phone calls. I sent the information by mail the first time they said they never got it the second time I sent it certified and they still said they never received it. I then had it faxed guess what they could not read the raised seal on my PR paper. This was a terrible experience.

"Forced to have my money stolen by "Fees""

I have to use this service to receive my payments from donating plasma.
Sadly the fees are a bit outrageous.
Especially now that several places I go to will trigger a $.50 (50 Cent) charge even without me entering my pin number. I am supposed to receive 1 free credit transaction with each of my plasma donations. Sadly it seems that all the places I used to use those free transactions seem to charge me now.
McDonald's being one of them. I have never entered my pin number there. But back in June I started getting charged for a "Pin Pos" every time I went there.
There is also a Family Dollar that I now get charged for making normal purchases. That started in October. I won't enter my pin but still get the charge.
It's like all the places I have frequented eventually started getting me charged without using a pin.
Either way, I do not recommend this card service.

Really don't understand the negative comments. Works like a gem. Refunded for the refrigerator and bought myself a new tv.
