The city/state was either Depoe Bay, OR or Bend, OR. Okay, I got a $25 rebate MasterCard, registered it, went to pay down a bill online, was rejected, and put it in a drawer figuring I would try it another day. You guessed it...two weeks after it expired, I located it. Customer representative said I was SOL.
I asked who gets the $25...the response is it is split between Wirecard and whomever offered the rebate. What a great business model, get people to buy based on a rebate and plan on a percentage like me to forget the card.
I would normally give them 1 star but this ingenious model based on people's forgetfulness makes me add a star.
If someone from Wirecard is monitoring this thread, the last four digits is 7682 and in the spirit of Christmas, love to hear from you.

One of their customers scammed me out of £630!
Also look at reviews on google, it looks like I'm not the only one.
Please always check that whoever you are buying from are not using Wirecard!

poor customer service> When I finally got ahold of a person to get username they asked for card number and agent was rude. Would not recommend card didn't work and they won't give me my money! Spectrum was dumb to use this company

If i can give lower i would my account with them says i have money on my card online but yet i get declined every time i try to use it. I called the number on the back of the card and they are no help at all

Erster Eindruck sehr gute Bank für Leute die Probleme haben.
Aber danach kommt das Erwachen , sehr teuer die Kontogebühren , Geldhabholen 5 Euro bei jeder Automaten.
Zwei Karten und zwei Konten, wobei bei einen P Konto das andere nicht geschütz wird und zu mit das Geld weg ist. Dazu kann man nichts mehr sagen.
Finger weg von der Bank! Sucht euch eine andere .

"Worst Customer Service!"
I had my card compromised. I have called 3 times to get a link sent to me so I could begin the process of fighting the fraudulent charge. Neither rep could help me and told me they would escalate my email up the chain so the link could be sent out. They told me upper management would need to send me a link, and I would then begin the 3-5 month process to get the money back. I wish I was not paid using this vendor. Terrible experience.

I get wirecard thru my job as a payment option. The first month and a half everything was fine but then my account was hacked and some money was stolen. I reported it and they canceled my card and sent a new one, the day I activate my new card it also gets hacked, I call and cancel again, they say they'll send a new one. A week later I get a call from the fraud department saying they can refund the charges that were not me but they're locking my account so it won't happen again and my company will need to make me a new account. It's now been 4 weeks and my HR and manager both said wirecard is responsible for making my new account as they have my money all ready, when I call customer service they keep telling me my company needs to resolve this. I've missed 3 pay periods and am facing an eviction because I cannot reach my funds.

I received a COOPERTIRES CANADA reward card. I tried multiple times to use it, and now it has expired. Each time I went to use it, it was declined. I called various times and received no help. What good is it to buy something specific, get a card, and not be able to use that card? I won't buy coopertires again.

"Absolutely useless"
Absolutely useless. I got this card because WestJet lost and damaged my suitcases and bicycle. I was told I could easily transfer the money to my bank account as I don't want to use it and be charged 50 cents each time. I first couldn't log into my account, spent 40 minutes on the phone with their Filipino team and got it sorted. Now I cannot transfer my money as the tab which says transfer, logs me out. I have just spent another 40 minutes on the phone with their useless customer service team and no resolution was found. Do not use this company.
