"no words"

I use this card as salary card... so many problems, really expensive fees, customer service horrible, they lie to you every time... stay away from this service. I lost so much much money because of them.

"3 WEEKS STILL NO CARD!"

UPDATE: I have emailed and no reply as yet I am desperate. I have no money now until I receive this card

I had my wallet stolen which has all my cards in. I work for Disney in Orlando and I am from the UK so the card is the only access to money I have and where my pay goes into. This happened 3 weeks ago and you have now sent 2 cards which I have never received. I have rang over 10 times, which costs so much because it is internationally calling from my phone. I am beyond upset and angry everytime I call as I get no has the answers and no one helps. I just want to know why my 2 cards I have been sent have not arrive and when will they! This is not acceptable! Who can I talk to, to get this sorted

"I used my card at an atm n the atm…"

I used my card at an atm n the atm crashed during my transaction. However it debited the funds off my card n never dispensed them out of the atm. I contacted the atm company n their technician checked it out n informed me that..yes the machine had a power surge n it crashed the machine before dispesing my money. I filed a dispute with wire services and after faxing them the information 6 times they finally tell me they recieved it. Its been 8 days now n i still have yet to see my money back on my card...n did i mention i lost my job cuz that was my gas money for the week... Ive called several times n alls i get is a rude person on the phone that cant answer any of my questions accept they tell me it can take up to 90DAYS to get the dispute investigated before i will get my money back. UP TO 90 DAYS?!! Thats absurd!!! I asked to talk to someone in their dispute departtment n of course they say theres no way to talk to anybody in that department...if i myself can contact the atm company n have a technician call me back within 3 hours n tell me that yes their machine was at fault why does it take so long for wire card to do that?? This card is a joke...they are making interest on my money and im sure countless others holding this card everyday my money isnt returned.. I cant get hold of anybody accept some call center person that i can hardly understand to get an answer..i havent been contacted by anybody n its been 9 days...?? If something doesnt happen next couple days i am going to see a civil attourney about get8ting my money back plus interest everyday i wait...

I tried to reply to the g mail response from wirecard n of course it said no such addres n not sent...i supplied a case number to them and it will have my e mail n contact info so i dont know why they asked me for it AGAIN!

"Actively tries to be unhelpful"

First off, when I called customer service I was hung up on, which wouldn't be too terrible except this kept happening five more times. They heard me and responded before hanging up. Secondly, trying to activate this card took three days and calling their customer service over 15 times. I really wish I was exaggerating. And the card doesn't work with paypal. So it's almost worthless on online shopping. Save yourself a lot of trouble and stay away from Wirecard

"Don't bother with this company to use…"

Don't bother with this company to use the card you recd. from some other company as a refund for something, just call their other # eigt 778five57201 and ask for a paper ck to be mailed to you. I acctually got to talk to someone with in a min.

If I could they would get a no star,how is they still in business, hmmm activating you card is guaranteed a technical issues, no one to talk too, got funds but can't use it cuz it won't let you activate the card, but can activate your account to this so they read how screwed up their card is...Step your game up people

"I have tried for over 4 hours now to…"

I have tried for over 4 hours now to register my Wirecard to access the funds on it. The number to call on card and the website it gives, says they are having technical difficulties! There is no way to speak to speak to anyone! I’m so frustrated!! Will never, ever recommend this card service!!!!

I’ve been trying to active my card for over 2 hours and it keeps saying Having technical difficulties. There’s no option to speak with a love person and I have funds I can’t access because i can’t activate the card.

"Can't activate my card!! I was issued a wirecard as a promotion…"

I was issued a wirecard as a promotion from Dish tv service. I have not been able to activate it thru the wirecard phone number because it always says technical difficulties. And so far, I can't find a human to talk to...
You can only register your card online, you can't activate it.
I find it interesting that when you call the phone number on the card to activate, it says your call is being monitored and recorded, so there must be a human somewhere.........

"worst card service ever"

worst card service ever. Their customer service is nonexistent, when you call it always says experiencing technical difficulties. Never respond to customers, constantly overdraft debit cards which should not be able to be overdrafted.
