"Horrible customer service."
Not only am I unable to talk to a real person, their automated system hangs up on me anytime I try to use it. The website is no better. It will not load whatsoever. I have been trying to check my balance for over an hour now. This company is absolute garbage.

I received payment for plasma donation through wirecard services. Apparently, the entire system is down today because I cannot use my card, nor can I access the website, nor is anyone answering the phone. So essentially, I have a hole in my arm, and nothing to show for it. You guys better get your stuff straight pretty damn quick, I can only imagine how many people are depending on accessing their money right now that are unable to.

"Can't access my $$$ with Wirecard recently"
I received a gift Wirecard recently. After 3 transactions the wirecard service is unavailable and customer service won't respond. Attempts to withdraw prepaid funds were declined! Website is down. I got about $100 locked up in this company, I guess just kiss that money goodby. I'm upset with Citigroup for selling their service to an obviously poorly run organization.

"Terrible service"
Terrible service. Got sent a gift card that went unopened until today. Come to find out the card expired 45 days ago. I am told they will not reissue or replace card because it is in the terms and conditions that once expired funds are gone. Well it also says activation/use constitute acceptance of those terms and conditions. Neither of which I have done. Thankfully other prepaid companies aren't this ridiculous. Beware of any dealings with wirecard

Soo, Octapharma Plasma gave me a card used by Wirecard couple of months back. Somehow last night, account was locked and I knew the login info was correct. After few attempts, I decided to call the phone number on the back of my card and asked is there any way to get it unlocked, these sleazeballs asked me for my damn address. I gave them the whole address and desperate for a solution. At the end, there wasn't. My patience has past ran thin.

Good luck getting a cash advance on their pre-paid card. Their "access $" tab, step 2 of their website, directs users to "visit a bank" link. All results to your zip code returns fictitious business names and addresses with very vague information about how to access your money. For example, if you search zip code 17602 on this link, it doesn't provide the business name. So you're left out cold trying to find out where to get your money. I visited my first search result which was Walmart and when they ran the card, the transaction was declined. It was embarrassing and such a waste of time. If you call the number on the back of the card, you cannot speak to ANYONE!!! The IVR won't give you an option to speak with customer care. Want to know why? Because they DON'T CARE!! I would NEVER recommend wirecard to ANYONE and I have nothing but negative stuff to say about them. No phone number will be provided as I don't need a call back from you to explain anything. You know what you've done and you know what you're doing. Karma will soon catch up with you.

"Had a Citibank card before it expired…"
Had a Citibank card before it expired and acct/company was sold to Wirebank. Used on Pay Pal with no issues. Now the new one is declined, Pay Pal says company shows insufficient funds which is crap! The transaction shows on card website as pending with $0 requested for payment. Called customer service number on card and contact number on website, all you can do is check your balance or transactions, can't talk to a real person. Read all these awful reviews and would also give less stars if possible. Googled company and got an 888 number. A person in India who could barely speak English told me upper management was working on problem with Pay Pal issue. Asked how soon it would be resolved, said no information available. Total worthless customer service! My guess is they aren't working on the problem at all and don't care!
