"BEWARE OF WIRECARD"

Received two WireCards from Proctor and Gamble promo. Cards cannot be used for their $10 value despite numerous attempts to do so. Seems the company is a scam operation, receiving monies from P&G and pocketing them into their coffers. BEWARE of WireCard! Their help line is pathetic, third world people telling fibs!

"Nie wieder"

Nie wieder, komplett unprofessionell, überweisen zurück ohne Ankündigung um dann eine Mahnung zu senden mit Mahngebühren. Der nächste Shop mit wirecard, wird gemieden. Rüder Ton...unglaublich gehen einfach nicht auf die Infos ein, senden Standardmails zurück. Ciao Best Secret...wegen wirecard!

"Your funds will be frozen"

Merchants are allowed to place double charge holds on purchases. So if you spend $10 at Walmart you will have $20 less available due to a $10 hold that will be pending for the next 5-10 days and you will not have access to those funds until the pending charge drops off.

I have a problem with your company stealing money from my card and you put rude customer service on your telephones. I'm going to contact the company that uses your service with your card and tell them I will boycott their company and business until they get rid of you. I rather you steal money from me with a gun then the way that your company is stealing money away from me taking it nickeling and diming me

"These people don't have any method of…"

These people don't have any method of getting to your money but the card. I've dealt with these jack@sses for 3 years out of sheer laziness. My employeer intrusted these asshats for direct deposit. There is no telling when they will decide to let you even use the card. Christmas I was visiting relatives and they just blocked me in transit. I was in the middle of no where and needed gas and they just stopped payment and said it would take 24 hours to clear. The customer service is the poorest in the industry. They have a bunch of phillipinos with fake names, just politely telling you to go f&ck yourself. You can't print checks from this trash hole, a wire transfer takes 3-5 business days. Whenever you request a card to be reissued they mail it snailmail the NEXT day instead of the day you called. So you call Monday morning, they send it out Tuesday insuring you don't see it until next Monday or Tuesday. You're penniless but they don't care. This company is by far the worst ever created. They should just fire their "customer service" agents, because they have no real job because they don't have the ability to do anything.

"HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER…"

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I was supposed to get a refund of $1,150 from a security deposit that my JCPL (electric company) held for us.

Wirecard was supposed to send it on April 23rd, and they said it takes 2-3 WEEKS via USPS First class. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!?!!? It should take 2-3 days if you mail it.

Anyhow, they told me to call them 1 month afterwards if I don't get it, and so I called yesterday May 23rd. They gave me the same spheel over the phone, "Wait 4 weeks and call us" and DUH!!! It's May 23rd, the service rep DOESN"T EVEN think about what they are saying.

So I asked to be transferred to a supervisor, and guess what?!?! She was JUST AS INCOMPETENT. I asked them why they don't use a tracking or ship this substantial check via FedEx express, and they said they'll charge me $25 to use tracking!??!?! RIDICULOUS.

So they agreed to cancel the check and reissue ANOTHER check and I have to WAIT ANOTHER 2-3 weeks. I asked her, what if this gets lost again, and she said, to call back after 4 weeks to reissue another check. SMH!!!!

"Really bad customer service"

Really bad customer service. The first lady couldn't do anything but just speak what we were both looking at. When I asked to speak to her boss, she left me waiting on hold for over 15 minutes. This "boss" "Joe" who was clearly not an actual supervisor but most likely a "Tier 2" rep, was equally unhelpful. All he did was reverse the $1.50 in declined fees due to two fraudulent charges for $140 and $125. The real problem was a finalized transaction of $35. With a pending hold of another $35 with the SAME transaction ID. All I wanted was the pending hold removed. But they refused to do it. Like talking to a scripted robot.

"VERY POOR SECURITY AND VERY POOR SUPPORT!"

Wirecard has the absolute worst security and support when it comes to fraudulent activity. They have made it so ridiculously easy for the wrong person to get a hold of your new card and activate the pin without confirming any personal information so they can simply start extracting money out of your account! This is my story.

I was an employee at BMW in Los Angeles when I was issued a citi prepaid card. I have not worked there since 2015 and then moved to Texas and began working at a BMW dealership here. I was in possession of my old card and had no reason to believe that there would be any fraudulent activity happening on my card. Little did I know that a few months after working at the new BMW dealership, Wirecard decided to send me a new car. However they sent it to my old address!

This is not really a big deal as I understand that this portion of their system is automated. However, what is completely and utterly unacceptable is that their security for activating the new card is super easy for anyone to just simply create a new pin by verifying the address that is written right there on the letter they sent the new card out to!

I did not learn that there was any fraudulent activity until after I actually applied for a new card myself. By then it had been over 120 days and so I made a fraud claim only to be denied because of the timeframe.

What bothers me is that according to law, you cannot reverse transactions passed 120 days. However, this was not the case with my card. It had nothing to do with purchases made to vendors. The individual that was terrible enough to take my new card and activate it was able to create a pin and extract all the money through ATM withdrawals. In this case, regardless of whether it was within 120 days or not, there is nothing likely that could have been done to reverse these transactions. This entire situation arose because of wirecard's poor security in place when activating a new pin.

Other card companies are able to distinguish if the phone number you are calling from is the same number on file and also ask you further questions to verify your identity. Wirecard has no such security in place.

I have spent 2 months trying to fight this and with no success. I have no idea why BMW started using wirecard for their prepaid cards but WIRECARD is ABSOLUTELY THE WORST!!!!!

I've had over $2000 extracted from my account and no way to retrieve my money....

All that they have left me to do now is simply talk with my lawyer and take this to court...

"Crapy card services"

The card where you can not speak to a live representative..nor cancel pending transactions.... IT HAS 2 OPTIONS WHEN U CALL!! CHECK BALANCE AND REPORT IT STOLEN..and when you just want to speak to a person so you "report it stolen"..they send you to a new number. This card is truly amazingly a joke.
