"Their Site Is Broken"
I can't register my card. it asks me for an email address, but there's no place to put an email address on the form. Seems kind of insulting, actually...
And screw you Trustpilot for not allowing image links in reviews. You're just as useless as these people are.

"Invalid Card Number"
I go to "activate" my card from a Asus Rebate I get and tells me to activate the card on their given phone #. When I try to put the card number, EXACTLY how it says. It is always a "Invalid Card Number" and tells me to try again.
I email their support, they tell me the same thing. Go "activate" the card on the phone # given. Tried again just in case, no luck.
Feels great.

"horrible"
horrible, you try to call and activate a card and you can never reach the right phone tree or a life person to get access to the funds. this is a scam company that apparently contracts with large companies and then steals your $$$

"Worthless MasterCard from the Philippines"
I received a wirecard as my Goodyear Rebate. It has $80 on it but keeps getting declined. When I called customer service, they told me that it was being declined because of all of the transactions that I made in the amounts of $0.00. Then they said that none of the merchants I used accept prepaid cards. One of the merchants was eBay and everyone in the world knows that they accept prepaid cards. I explained that I tried it through different merchants on eBay and through PayPal and they were all declined. The "manager" told me that it was my fault because I kept trying to use it where it wasn't accepted.
I asked her who would accept it and she couldn't tell me. I asked her what country she was in and she said the Philippines. I asked her if she knew what the FTC was and she said no. So, the American company is offering rebates on the form of a prepaid card from the Philippines that no one accepted and the customer service has no idea of the American federal establishment that monitors consumers rights. What?!
UPDATE: I was able to find someone that accepts their gift cards. It's Wish.com. I thought I'd let everyone know since the company didn't even know who accepted their gift cards. I did file a complaint with Goodyear about their "rebates".

"So I’ve been waiting to receive this…Terrible Service"
So I’ve been waiting to receive this card that I’ve paid for expedited shipping for. I’ve been told by every rep that it would be here by the 5th. I call this morning and the card hasn’t even been shipped. The reason I needed the card expedited was to pay for chemo therapy treatment. Now I’m in jeopardy of not getting much needed treatment because you guys are delaying sending my card. This is just bad business. I have reported the manner to the attorney generals office. I’m going to meet with my lawyer on Monday to see what else can be done. Absolutely the worse company ever

"WireCard Services Reneges Citi-Bank prepaid gift card"
I received a $70 Citi-Bank prepaid gift card as a shopping promotion and misplaced it, only finding the card after it had expired. Included documentation from Citi-Bank states clearly (in capital letters) that 'AVAILABLE FUNDS DO NOT EXPIRE" and that I can "call customer service to request a new Citi Prepaid Card". Wirecard Services has now taken over this promotion and they refuse to re-issue card, despite the documentation that states they will. I spoke to agents, supervisors and "Corporate Support Team" members who all refused to acknowledge the agreement I had in front of me. No one seemed to even consider that their agreement could be valid. Wirecard/Citi-Bank has basically just taken my money and is hiding behind the phone, refusing to discuss the matter. $70 is not a huge amount of money, but it is my money, not theirs. Horrible customer service and downright dishonest. Very disappointing.
UPDATE: I had my hopes up when Wirecard services sent me the response below, but it seems simply like a deceptive public relations stunt. After providing my information to them (again), Wirecard never actually made any further effort to contact me - ever... I searched for other Wirecard compaints, it appears that the company sends out eerily similar responses to all negative reviews... essentially attempting to trick online review readers into thinking that the company is actually investigating these incidents. Sorry, but I really cannot say enough about how negative my experience has been...

"Wish I could give zero stars."
Wish I could give zero stars.
I have two prepaid cards which tell me to call 1-888-471-3662 to activate them. When I attempt this, I am unable to activate either card. I've also called 800-522-7458.
NEITHER NUMBER LETS ME TALK TO A REPRESENTATIVE. The first thing it asks you to do is submit your card number. When I try my card number, it tells me it is wrong. I am typing in the correct card numbers.
I've also tried to check my balance on the website and it doesn't let me either.
How do you speak to a real person to get this solved? My prepaid cards have an expiration on them a few months from now and I want to use them right now.
I want my money.
Wirecard - please do not ask me to call the phone numbers that require me to enter my card numbers first. They obviously do not work. I've already emailed the company and have yet to hear back.

"Response to Wirecard from Alexa"
Wirecard,
You provide the same number I already called. Why would I call the same number that gave me the run around and made me talk to one representative and 2 "supervisors" again?? Your response is unhelpful as I have no desire to talk to the same people and receive the same response. How about providing a number that can actually help people?

"every rep lies"
every rep lies. "supervisor john employee ID 8463430" lied to me twice within an hour!!! this company holds money that is not theirs and there are no pending transactions and my account has %100 posting balance error.
and you morons reply with an email that no one responds to!
your employees on the phone are useless! waste of time! no one can ever get anything done your automated systems all give me login errors, posting errors, balance errors, declined transactions when there is money available.
