tried to register my card, got to step three and it asks for an email address and contact phone number. The problem is there is no place to input that info.

"I absolutely HATE this card!!"
I absolutely HATE this card!!! Less than 2 weeks after I received my card I had 2 fraudulent online charges. I called the companies that the purchases were made from as well as the fraud department of wirecard. The lady I spoke with told me she would email me a fraud affidavit to fill out and return so that they could begin the investigation and that it would take 30-45 days to complete and get my money returned. The I never receives any email from them and every time I call they just five excuses and say they will send out the email asap. It never comes. This company do want even attempt to try to investigate fraudulent charges let alone issue any refund and worse they don't care enough to try and at least fake it. They flat out don't care about people's hard earned money being stolen. For someone that barely makes it paycheck to paycheck the more than $300 loss really hurt and put me so far behind my car was repossessed and I now have no way to get to and from work to earn the money I desperately need to support my two children. I am switching my direct deposit to another company and will NEVER do business with this joke of a company as long as I live.

I spoke with a "so called Manager" from the Pennsylvania office named Nancy yesterday after spending an 1/2 hour on the phone with a customer service rep who's name i can't remember and all I can say is these people have absolutely no business working with people. Rude, unresponsive, uninterested in solving the problem, and being preoccupied with trying to get me off the phone are the only traits the representatives showed me. Majority of wirecard users including myself are in a tuff spot and need their money promtly. Despite that wirecard has no problem with putting ridiculous holds on your account for over a week with absolutely no cause. The customer service reps told me yesterday "we know you haven't spent all of your money and your account should have a positive balance but it will still take over a week for us to remove the $45 hold on your account". The only reason I have a hold on my account is because I ordered Dominos Pizza and when I tried to pay for my food in store I find out that wirecard does not automatically work like a debit card and my pin number is useless. I specifically read in the paperwork that should be able to use my card as a regular debit card once it's activated and my pin number set but come to find out it realky doesn't work like that. Some places will accept your card with the correct pin and some places will not. Despite the fact that some places will not accept your card Wirecard will still charge you for the full transaction amount even though the merchant has charged you nothing since that cannot accept the type of card Wirecard uses. Example: My order at Dominos was $15 I swiped my card multiple times not knowing why the transactions were declining eventually I have to go to the ATM to get the money in cash (there is an extra fee charged for using a ATM...) I wake up the next day try an use my card and it keeps declining so I call check the balance and find out I have 4 $0.00 charges from the night before but my account is withdrawn by $45.
My best advice for anyone thinking of dealing with Wirecard is to sit down and figure out indefinitely if you truly need them or not. If you do find yourself in that situation just be prepared to be treated like trash and to have your money played around with as if you don't need it.
THESE PEOPLE DON'T GIVE A DAMN ABOUT YOU OR YOUR SITUATION, THEY JUST WANT TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU AND STEAL YOUR MONEY!

Ich investiere in die Aktien von Wirecard, weil dieses Unternehmen extrem profesionell und seit Jahren erfolgreich ist. Wirecard hat sich über einen längeren Zeitraum sehr gut aufgestellt, das läuft trotz vielfacher Konkurrenz. Letztes Jahr brachte diese Aktie 150%, die Perspektiven sind super!
Kollege war gerade in Indien und berichtete, dass Wirecard dort überall wirbt. Na dann...läuft!

my name is Ashley casazza...I used the online card ending in 4947 to pay for something I brought on ebay. I was never sent the item I paid for and I filed a complaint with the wise card people. I faxed them proof I didn't receive the item and then I mailed them proof..
as of today I still have not heard from them. the item I whad paid for was a Christmas present.
being the money was not reversed.i didnt have the money to replace it..I was going to try help me Howard next. I feel like I got screwed big time.. it was for 519.00 and I just dont see why it was not credited back to me..
companies like the wiseacre people keep scammers in business. ..
if mobile uses this company I would go to another cell phone carrier..

"This company is a fraud"
This company is a fraud! My husband and I purchased new phones through T mobile and got rebate offers. Long story short, the Cards by wire card that had the $ on them never arrived to us. I filed a fraud investigation because all the funds were used, we had included a police report and back up documents of the charges. We never got contacted regarding our case, after calling customer service and complaining about the delay, finally 1 card was reimbursed but the other was disregarded, after resubmitting documentation I was told the case was closed because of the days; over 100+ days. It is all their fault this is happening. I'm fighting for my $ of $200 to be reimbursed. They emailed me to contact each merchant regarding this issue to obtain my funds. It's so wrong, wirecard is so unprofessional and thrives. I won't give up till I get my $. Plus the phone line keeps dropping when I try to contact the fraud department; my phone number is probably blocked, i wouldn't doubt it.
