"WORST company I’ve ever dealt with."

This company is honestly the WORST company I’ve ever seen in my entire life. No one knows what they’re talking about. No one can help me get the “fraud warning” lifted off my card. All my money has gotten stuck in this account MULTIPLE TIMES and NO ONE knows how to help me get it out and make sure it doesn’t happen again. These people know absolutely nothing. DO NOT GO WITH THEM. Honestly, not worth the head ache and hassle. Absolutely worthless.

"Rebate credit card , will not replace expired card or issue cash."

Got rebate cash which they send me a wire card credit card to use with and expire date on it. So I forgot to us it & been expired. Call wirecard customer service ask for replacement card. They will not issue me a replacement & my cash balance got. This is a total ripoff company. That my cash how can it got, so they keeping it.

"NOTHING BUT LIARS & THIEVES: BEWARE."

If I could rate this trash excuse for a company 0 stars, I would. They are incompetent, liars, and thieves. I put an ACH transfer request in to pull $100 from my Grifols branded Wirecard on June 4th and was promptly given an ETA for it to hit my bank account in 3-5 business days. 6 days pass, and they change the ETA to 10 days. After 15 days pass, nothing happened. After calling them again, for the 3rd time at this point, they told me that they had to initiate an investigation to trace the ACH and gave me an estimate that the investigation would be concluded on July 6th, a month and 2 days after the initial ACH was initiated. I called today, July 7th, only to find out that they had **NO RECORD OF ANYTHING EXCEPT THE INITIAL ACH REQUEST**.

THEY HAVE STOLEN MY MONEY AND I WILL BE IN CONTACT WITH THE BBB, FTC AND SEC.

FIRST FEEDBACK IN 31 YEARS OF LIFE .I lost my card and unfortunately I block my online account . In more then a week they don't give a s.it about helping me to unblock the online account.
To my e mails nobody give a answer , to phone call they put the " nice " music and you expect someone to answer that is not happen. They are really bad in what they are doing , sorry about... VERRY UNPROFESSIONAL TEAM.

"I got one of their bogus MasterCards, too"

I got one of these bogus Mastercards for a Frigidaire rebate. It says in their legal paperwork that I can transfer the funds to my checking account. I called to do it and the person from India said I can do it online at their website. So I went to their website, set up an account there, and find out that I can't do anything on that site except look at my balance. I called back again and got another Indian person that now says that feature isn't enabled on my account and will take 1-3 business days to activate. I explained that it is in black and white on their legal paperwork that it is available to me. Doesn't say anything about a waiting period. Asked for a Supervisor, got put on hold, no one ever answered. I'm filing an FTC complaint against this scam company and also calling Frigidaire up and complain, too.

"Can't even activate my card"

Got one of their prepaid mastercards for a goodyear tire rebate. When I try and call the phone number on the front to activate it, the number is not in service. (1-800-225-1115) I would rather activate it online, but there is no other information on how to activate it. There's a website on the back, but when I entered my card info there, it says it is invalid.

Tried multiple times to activate card by calling their number listed on the card 1-888-471-3662 and no body anwers, Dish Network must be tied into a bogus company.
