Unobtainable these supply the U Account cards which sent out a faulty card leaving me with no access to cash when I contact uaccount i was greeted with unhelpfulness I rang the financial conduct authority who also said wirecard as well as UAccount where both responsible yet wirecard is unobtainable too shows what a scam this company must be printing cards with someone's money going in when an issue arrives no support from card or issuer NEVER USE MASTERCARD even they have been as good as useless when I had issues with former bank and visa was contacted visa was on it like sonic as they say including carrying out their own investigation I will be boycotting any mastercard until MASTERCARD STOP ENDORSING SCAMMERS who are obstructing people to get their money

1 star is too much for these thieves. Very very very veryyyyyy bad company/employees. Don't use them, don't pay them!!!!! don't even get close. They are thieves. They will steal your money and your information. I cannot believe that this company is operating in the US. Bangladesh (most corrupt country in the world if you don't know) is a better place for it!!!!

If I could rate less I would!!!! They take no resonsibilty for their issues and I Wil be make formal complaints with the BBB and the financial board. I received a card Friday 8/24. After trying to register it all day, MULTIPLE disconnects/rep can't hear you and HOURS waiting due to high call volume, by 10pm I finally get an agent who is rude "AF" and lays blame on Biolife the plasma company.
I made a trip Saturday to the center to resolve to issue. Sitting there at the location I see the card assigned to me and still no help. I go through the same issues getting back in touch with an agent then 45 minutes getting a supervisor. And again no help and when I asked got the next level up I'm told their bosses don't take calls.
Here it is Sunday and I'm back at the center and again they are great but wirecard again blames everyone. How can it be the plasma center when MULTIPLE companies are having the same issue? Someone needs to get this fixed now! Are you on a crisis bridge? What is the ETA? We need answers.

A functioning website would be nice, but I'm trying to keep my expectations reasonable. I know I'm not the only one who needs their money today, and this is beyond inconvenient. Wirecard supposedly employs over 4,000 people, but I can't believe there are that many working adults who are too stupid to answer the phone. This company shouldn't be licensed to provide this simple financial service. People need their money, and Wirecard can't even be bothered to explain why it isn't there. They're either charlatans or morons, and I hope they catch a lawsuit either way.

I haven't had any problems in a while, but now that I do, it's huge. I have about $70 on my card, I go to get gas & only $6 is available. I go to the website, NOPE! can't log in. I call the help line, NOPE! Enter my card number & the line goes dead. I call back & NOPE! I get a message saying there are difficulties & to try again later.
I get that things go wrong sometimes, but to be left out with no way to tell what's going on is ridiculous. I've already accepted I'm not going to be able to eat tonight, if I'm not able to go to orientation tomorrow I'm plastering this review on every site I can.

This company pays more attention to making posts on twitter ,than actually keeping their service online. A 16 year old girl with a iPhone problably runs their business, and it shows.hope you guys go out of business for Christmas, you guys deserve to starve with your families

Website doesn't work. Phone system doesn't work right either. Got through one time and the it stopped working. Every call since then says the system is unable to take calls.

RECEIVED AN ALLEGED 23OO.00 PRE-PAID MASTER CARD FROM WIRECARD AFTER MY HOME WARRANTY COMPANY WAS UNABLE TO FIX MY REFRIGERATOR-FREEZER USING LOCAL APPLIANCE REPAIR PERSONNEL.
I SUCCESSFULLY ACTIVATED THE CARD, OR AT LEAST THAT'S WHAT THE ACTIVATION RECORDING SAID AFTER I FOLLOWED THE RECOMMENDED STEPS IN THE LETTER I RECEIVED FROM WIRE CARD. BUT IF YOU WANT TO TRANSFER THE FUNDS TO YOUR CHECKING ACCOUNT, WHICH IS SUPPOSED TO BE A BENEFIT AVAILABLE WITH THE TYPE OF CARD I RECEIVED FROM WIRECARD.COM, PER THE LETTER I RECEIVED FROM WIRECARD, THAT'S WHERE THE SCAM COMES IN. WIRECARD'S WEBSITE IS CONSTANTLY CRASHED, AND WHEN YOU CAN GET TO IT IT WILL NOT ALLOW YOU TO REGISTER THE CARD USING THE CARD NUMBER ON THE FRONT OF THE CARD AND THE SECURITY NUMBER ON THE BACK. WHEN YOU CALL THE CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER ON THE BACK OF THE CARD YOU EITHER DO NOT GET TROUGH AND JUST HEAR BEEPING, OR IF YOU ARE LUCKY ENOUGH TO GET THROUGH THERE IS A SCAM OPTION SELECTION SYSTEM THAT, AFTER A LOT OF WASTED TIME, ALWAYS TAKES YOU TO A PRE-RECORDED MESSAGE THAT SAYS CALL BACK LATER.
IN SHORT, IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO REGISTER THE PRE-PAID CARDS ONLINE, AND IMPOSSIBLE TO GET A LIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE REP TO FIX THE PROBLEM.
SCAM, PURE AND SIMPLE.
WIRE CARD IS LEAVING FRUSTRATED CUSTOMERS WITH ONLY ONE OPTION --- SUE WIRECARD.
