Optimum owes a refund on an account - the check(?) was never received. When I followed up with them they gave me the number 877-855-7201 to call. The person on the account is deceased so I was told by the rep I had to fax a copy of the death certificate and probate appointment to 570-387-8512 - there is no other way to deliver the copies. I have tried over a dozen times at all hours of day and night and continually get a busy signal. When I call the customer service I am told the number is functional and it is like talking to a robot. I guess my next step will be the attorney since this is an estate matter.

Terrible security on these cards . Zero stars needs to be an option ..Someone continues to somehow get my card number and make fraudulent purchases . The third time they didn’t give my money back and would not give me any answers as to why the transaction was not considered fraud. Wire card is the worst piece of sh^% company I have ever dealt with! I would advise anyone never to get this card. Customer service reps don’t speak English well and they all seemed very irate and unhelpful. No one would give me contact to the investigation team . And they didn’t even try to hear me out . I’m canceling this card ! And the whole wirecard can go str8 to hell for stealing my money ! Stay away from these scammers !

This has to be the worst company I have ever dealt with in my entire life. Somehow, they lost my email address and I can't get onto my online account. I have called them at least 7 or 8 times. They keep saying they will do something to resolve the issue (send me a temporary password) and then there is no follow up. I have spoken to at least 3 supervisors, each less helpful than the one before. If you don't have to deal with this place, I would NOT!

the wirecard internet site is user unfriendly, saying contact customer service with no customer site identified and rejection of my valid entries for name, password and image

This card really sucks....so does T-mobile for sending it to me. 1st. It took forever to go online and register it, 2nd. According to T-mobile I’m suppose to be able to transfer the money to my bank, but there is no option to do so. I hate getting these stupid cards......I want the money placed in my bank account, the same bank account that you t-mobile got money out of for almost 10 years! Why is that so hard? These cards are a rip off.
Question for you Wirecard....how do I put this money in my Bank account since t-mobile said I could, why do you not have the option to do so online?

If I could minus star it would be a minus 10, went online like instructed could not register card invalid, can not log in because I can not register card so card is worthless, contacted customer service and they told me I had to go online and register, I explain 3 times to rep that I could not and she keep giving me website, card is useless and so is website total rip off.

Ich habe vor rund 7 Jahren ein Girokonto bei der WireCardBank eröffnet und es nun wieder gekündigt.
Die Gebühren dieser Bank sind enorm hoch und tun richtig weh. Eine Kontenbuchung kostet 0,70 Euro (also jede Überweisung und jeder Zahlungseingang). Barabhebungen an Geldautomaten -egal welche Höhe und bei welcher Bank, 5,95 Euro. Anders kommt man aber an Bargeld nicht heran. Einrichtung eines Dauerauftrags: 5,-- Euro.
Monatliche Grundgebühren: 10 Euro. usw. Somit sind monatlich locker 30-40 Euro Gebühren minimum am Start. Hinzu kommt ein völlig veraltetes Online-Banking TAN-Verfahren über TAN-Generator: Jeder Überweisung oder Autorisierung geht (neben dem eigentlichen Eintrag aller Daten ins Überweisungsformular) zusätzlich nochmals die Eingabe über TAN-Generator voraus: 12-stelliger Autorisierungscode, 20-stelliger IBAN-Code, Betrag und dann Eintragung des TAN-Codes in das Überweisungsformular. Das dauert und nervt. 5 Überweisungen dauern da locker schon mal Minimum 10 Minuten, wenn man sich vertippt, geht alles von vorne wieder los.
EiInzig Positives: Die Überweisungen gehen wirklich schnell, oft noch am gleichen Tag beim Empfänger.
