"My wire card is from a Goodyear rebate…"

My wire card is from a Goodyear rebate and it doesnt work at all even though it says it is activated, it is declined no matter where I use it. I tried to look it up online but there isn't even a security code printed on the back of the prepaid debit card. Seems like the whole thing is a sham.

I am working for a cruise line and I am on my vacation right now. suddenly I can't go through my on-line account and because my card is expired and I am not on board, I tried to call the customer service since last week, and all the agents keep telling me to wait 24-48 hours after "escalation" and nothing have been solved since March-10-2019
and I have a lot of money in that account and I can't do anything about it,I don't know how long of this waiting games will be end.This is a totally night mare.

"ABSOLUTELY avoid Wirecard"

This prepaid card service is absolutely awful, but the only alternative to direct deposit offered by my company, for pay.

Regularly and arbitrarily the card stops working for online transactions completely, and it's a complete roll of the dice if the transaction will even complete at a regular terminal. My one experience with customer service was an incredibly inept and baffling experience that had them hang up on me for simply demanding to know why the card just decides not to work, and frequently it lists transactions as "Declined" at the terminal but they still show up as money out when I look at my account online. This company is literally pocketing my hard earned money by falsely declining terminal transactions then moving them out of my account ledger anyhow, never to be seen again.

I'm actually in process of sending this information over to the FTC and Mastercard to try and have their endorsement revoked, and have already reported much of this to my company.

"WOW this company is DUMB"

WOW this company is DUMB! Wat a hassle! After reading through dozens of 1 star reviews I also give them 1 star because the in no option for ZERO stars! They tell me I owe them 11.51 cents because a purchase was made on the card that was over the amount I had. Well this is a REFUND card given to me from Optimum,i over paid my bill. I did NOT sign. If I tried to purchase something over the amount I had on the card you should have denied me. You think now I'm gonna go get a cashiers check and mail it to you? its 2019 for F**ks sake! If you cant handle this with an online payment I guess your not get your 11.51 cents back. When where you planning on calling me to tell me I owe you money, never received a bill or balance owed in the mail. So if I call and ask my balance and its over now I have to pay? sounds like a scam! what kind of company is this? if I don't pay this balance can you put my name to collections? I don't think so I never signed a contract with you! I called on the phone a half hour on the phone no answers! worst card and company EVER

"1 star because I don't have 0 star…"

1 star because I don't have 0 star option. This service is awful. I have my money on the account and suddenly I am not able to access my account. I contact them providing all the requested information ( from where I am connecting, browser, the fact that I cleared cache and cookies etc.) and the fact that I am not receiving any error message. I am just directed to another login page. I am calling them since last years and they got no resolution or a logical explanation why this is happening. all the time they ask me to call back in 24 hours but all they do after the "escalation" it is to ask me to check my internet connection, or the browser etc. This crap never ends. The worse part is that I have a lot of money there.

We are unable to verify your access permissions. Please contact customer service for assistance.” when I try to access my account online. I can’t find a number to contact customer service and I’ve done nothing untoward to get this message.

Hi finally after 3 months Wirecard responsed back to my bank and said there was no money left in the account of their client in the first place...
Wirecard your customers are fraud and do scams, It shows your no different to them.

"Spectrum and Wirecard are the biggest liars on the planet."

I was issued a card from Spectrum after I canceled my account. I made one purchase with the card and the company that I made the purchase with did a pre-authorization, which double billed my card, when I went to make another purchase it was declined and I didn't know why until I checked the balance on my card, which didn't have enough funds to cover the charge. When I called the company they told me because it was the weekend they couldn't do anything about it and that the charge should drop off on Monday afternoon, when I called the bank (Wirecard) I was told that it could take up to 10 days for the charge to drop off. I was given the run around by both companies and I'm livid. My funds were hijacked and I have no recourse but to wait for the pre-authorization charge to drop off. I've notified the company that double billed me that I will never do business with them again, since their policy is just as bad as wirecard. By the way the company I'm referring to is Vitacost. Buyer beware companies like Vitacost and Wirecard are crooks.

"I would give this company a negative 5…"

I would give this company a negative 5 stars if allowed. I donate plasma a few times a year when money gets tight. The company pays its donation payment on this companies card. Using my last donation as an example I received $20 and went directly to the grocery store and went to purchase a few times that where $12.23. They declined the transaction and charged me with a $0.75 fee for every time I tried to swap the card. Then after calling them and getting charged a $4.95 "live agent customer service fee" my card was "reset" which also had a fee of $0.66. So by the time I was finally allowed to purchase my items guess what I only had $12.14 available and they DECLINED it again and bam another $0.75 fee. I dared to call back and demand a live person who immediately pulled another $4.95 fee.... Upon demanding refunds of all their fees that they seem to be unable to post anywhere in their website and when I asked for it guess what.... for a fee they will email it. When I asked for a supervisor, I was hung up on but not until the agent zeroed out the account and shut the card off. I went back to the plasma donation center and the manager called them and he was told they did not do any of this, even with the screen open on the accounts transactions, when he said he was looking at it, all the sudden the page went blank and then said account not valid. To bad for them I printed the page out first. I have forwarded it to my states attorney general office. It's only $20, but it was milk, bread, and stuff to get my family over until when the government shutdown was over. I had to work without pay to keep you safe and thus is how I am repaid. I hope your shut down and or sued by everyone your ripping off.

Service for fraudsters and con artists. I recently was scammed out of £165 by a customer of wirecard. I now see that I am not the only one. BEWARE of anyone using this sort code. I was duped, by accounts of my own trust and by someone STEALING money from me.
