I'm waiting on a parcel with Hunter express,delivery was supposed to be on the 19th of may 2023.its been in the depot since Tuesday the 16th of may and now is the 20th of may and still in the depot, they are useless.

Package spent a week at the depot before being picked up by delivery truck. It then spent 2 days driving around Brisbane with the driver not even attempting to come to our address. On Friday afternoon he obviously decided it was all too hard and returned to depot claiming package undeliverable - lazy lazy lazy

"Late delivery - false promises"
My delivery has been sitting in the depot since the 2nd of May and then 4th of May system updated to "held for processing" status. I called up and they said that it would be in the next delivery run (May 8th), never arrived so called again and they said they had marked it as "URGENT" so that I would receive today.
Called today and the woman told me I'd have to wait until 10:30am but would more than likely be in the drivers run. 10:30am the status changed from "held for processing" back to "depot in", called up and the lady told me that there would be a chance it could be out today but that I would have to refresh at 11:30am. This whole time I have been working from home, missing out on client meetings to ensure that I am here for the sofa delivery. The lady told me that if it wasn't out today it would be out tomorrow or the next day.. how does it take potentially 12 days for an item to get from Casula to Bondi Junction???? starting to think because of the size of the item it just keeps getting pushed back or drivers don't want to drive to the East.
Shocking service, will never use again.

"Unbelievably frustratingly slow"
Always, always ridiculously slow. Nothing worse than learning your parcel is coming via Hunter Express.
This time, my parcel has taken 2 days to travel from Melbourne to the ACT - as you would expect, but apparently even if I want to collect from the depot to make things 'faster', it will still take them TEN DAYS to find and process my parcel ready for me to collect it.
They have a fancy new website, but you won't be able to find a phone number to talk to anyone, and all this digital capacity to 'track your item', yet funny enough don't seem to able to use that to provide a reasonable turn around on service. You can get items from Europe faster than any product coming with Hunter Express.

"one star is too many- avoid at all costs"
one star is too many. How is it a company that sole job is to deliver items cant do that very thing. Than when you attempt to step in and do the job for them after waiting weeks they cant provide a address to pick a item up but also cant deliver the item. Call centre lady are rejects that must be near retirement age and lack skills to get the job done, and than the drivers well cant do that one said job that any simpleton can!

"useless customer service- hunter express"
Not even worth a star, apart from having to wait for a delivery all morning, and then being told that its no longer going to arrive today- customer service team at Hunter Express is also very useless and unhelpful. None of the customer service reps have been of any good assistance there. Manager is also of no good as they never bothered getting back to a complaint!

"Camel Train would be quicker than this company"
Placed an order through Amart on 22/2/23 that specifically advertised 'Fast Delivery'. The order was to come from QLD to WA and was advised by Hunter Express my expected delivery date 8/3/23. As at 27/3/23 my order still has not arrived despite 2 calls to Hunter Express complaining in which I just got excuses and after lodging a complaint with Amart. My order would have arrived by now if it was sent by CAMEL TRAIN!! Bloody hopeless company and by the looks of all the bad reviews on here Amart should know better than to keep using this company.

Sydney branch seems efficient getting it to Brisbane in a day, just let down by the incompetence of the Brisbane branch as im still waiting after 6 days for an up the road delivery.

My parcel is list in their system. Ring up yoh get a recorded voice message to use your tracking number “ goodbye”. Well tracking number says it’s still sitting at your d wet pot for 10 plus days now going nowhere.
